Simon Says Stamp Reviews

About Simon Says Stamp

Simon Says Stamp, found online at, is a website whose goal is to provide their customers with the best possible scrapbooking products available on the market at any time.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, the creators of Simon Says Stamp says their goal is to provide their customers with the best quality products for scrapbooking, card making, paper crafting, and much more.

Their staff works hard to find the best products available from the designers and manufacturers themselves, and to make sure their products are always the most up-to-date, creative options available, their team attends classes, workshops, and sales meetings all over the world.

In addition to having the best quality products, this website works hard to keep enough products in stock to keep all their customers happy, saying their warehouse stocks more than 100,000 items to ensure that their customers will have access to “quick service” and one stop shopping.

Like any other online retailer, customers are welcome to go to their store and look through their current inventory either by using their website’s search feature or by going through products by category, including Stamps & Stamping, Ink & Paint, Stencils & Embossing, Adhesives & Tape, Die Cutting, Tools & Brushes, Pens & Markers, and much more.

Cost/Price Plans

Since this website offers their customers such a large variety of products applicable in scrapbooking and crafting, there is no real way to quote a standard or set price range for the products you will find on this site. Obviously customers will have to be prepared that smaller and more common items, like markers and pens, will be much less expensive than larger, more complicated crafting machinery which can be for sale on this website.

Refund Policy

This company is actually pretty clear about what kinds of returns they can accept from their customers and what kinds of refunds they can offer in exchange, saying that they will “happily” accept both returns and exchanges on merchandise that is defective. Customers returning defective merchandise will receive 100% of both the purchase price and Shipping and Handling costs of that item.

Unfortunately, if you return a product for any reason other than a manufacturer’s defect, there will be a 20% restocking fee assigned and the buyer will be responsible for all Shipping and Handling.

In addition, the product that is being returned should still be in new condition and unopened if possible. But regardless of why you are returning a product, you must always contact their Customer Service team with 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.

Unfortunately there are not that many customer or user reviews of this company and their products available at this time, and those that are available are not actually that good.

In general, it appears that the few reviews you can find on the internet are from customers who had issues or complaints with the products they purchased, and felt that the customer service they received was severely lacking in quality.

In fact, almost every negative review that was posted specifically listed lack of help and assistance from the Customer Service team as their number one concern and complaint, which is something new customers may want to consider when purchasing from this website.

Competitors and Alternatives?

In addition the large scale arts and craft stores available in many local communities, like Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, or Dick Blick’s, there are many, many different online stores that specialize in these types of products.
