Owners will set the prices for their equipment rental, and once your item is rented ShareGrid will charge a 12% marketplace fee from your profits and they will charge a 3% credit card processing fee. Owners will keep 85% of the rental charges, which will be directly deposited in their bank account.

If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup time, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the rental cost may be charged at the owner’s request. If you do not cancel but do not show up to pick up your equipment, you will be charged the full rental amount.
