About Scoopshot

Scoopshot, found online at Scoopshot.com, is a both a company and mobile application that lets amateur photographers make money by selling their photographs to companies, brand names, and private citizens.

How Does It Work?

Users can download the Scoopshot mobile application and use it to post their pictures or videos to the Scoopshot content library. The subject or content of these photos and videos may be anything, from pictures of nature to food to sports and activities and anything in between.

Companies can give members a "task," which is when they create a request for a picture or video with a description of the specific content they need. Members can compete and win cash prizes if their photo is chosen.

Anyone is able to purchase photos that are published on Scoopshot, and once the sale is complete, the website transfers over publishing rights to the new owner of the photo, so they can use it for whatever marketing or advertising purposes they wish.

Mobile Options

Scoopshot has a free mobile application available for both iPhones and Android smartphones at this time.

Cost/Price Plans

Scoopshot is not very clear about what type of money the members of their photographic community can expect to make, nor do they have an explanation of the potential subscription prices for content buyers, other than to say that you can have a free 48 hour trial of their website to see what kinds of content they have to offer before officially signing up.

Refund Policy

At this time, this website does not have a standard Refund Policy published on their website.
