How Does It Work?

It is not uncommon for a manager, supervisor, or administrator to tell you that managing all your employees’ schedules and schedule changes is often the most difficult part of their job. In addition to being a pain, making scheduling mistakes and having scheduling conflicts can truly affect your business if they lead to your business being understaffed at any time.

To solve these problems, Schedulehead created a program that you can set up within just sixty seconds that will provide you with a variety of solutions to your scheduling problems. 

First it has the ability to rate your workers with one to five stars and reward the employees that you have rated highest. It also has the ability to balance senior workers with newer employees so you always have the right mix of staff at your events. Once your employees have been scheduled, they will receive text messages and emails alerting them to any schedule updates. 

The website says that their scheduling app is perfectly suited for Caterers, Retail, Contactors, Housekeeping Services, Event Staff, Production Companies, Delivery Services, Mobile Bartending, and Non-Profit Organizations. 

Cost/Price Plans

Currently Schedulehead offers their customers four different packages. The first is their Free Package, which provides customers with the ability to automatically email employees and have a single administrator handle the schedules of up to ten different employees. The Schedulehead Premium Package is priced at $19 per month and provides texts and emails for workers, access for more than one administrator for up to thirty different employees, and response from their support team within 72 hours. 

The Premium Business Package is priced at $49 and provides the same features as the Premium Package, with up to 75 employees and response from their support team within 48 hours. Finally, their Premium Enterprise Package is priced at $99 per month and includes all the features of the Premium Business Package for up to 150 employees and response from their support team within 24 hours.

In addition, the website says that they will let new clients “test drive” their Premium Package for thirty days for free to try and see how their features meet your business’s needs. 

Refund Policy

Since this company offers a 30 day free trial of all their services, as well as the ability to pay for their services on a month-to-month basis, their website says that at this time their services and additional features are non-refundable. They do, however, give their customers the ability to change or upgrade their service at any time to better suit your needs or meet your budget.

This program and mobile application appear to be very well liked and have many positive reviews online from customers who are happy about its simplicity, its versatility, and the amount of time and energy it can save managers.

And, since this company offers a 30 day free trial which doesn’t even require a credit card number, prospective customers can feel confident trying it for themselves and their needs to see if it truly meets your needs.
