The headline looks great. “Meet Hillary Farr”, unfortunately except for her appearance on a video screen, that’s about as close as you will get to actually “meet Hillary Farr”. Once we got here, we realized it was sketchy at best. Clearly this is not for me. I’ve been scammed once before, I won’t get scammed again. If I could make a timely exodus, I’d leave. I wish I knew it was as big a gimmick as it really is before I walked into this hotel.
My Ratings for rules and regulations is 2 as the package they present to people attending the 3 Days workshop was not that bad, but the package to investors that we got is all out of existence.
I called every one on that list and did not get through to any one real .
How can this woman live with her conscious to rip people off, then I had a phone call asking me to put $22000.00 on my CC and come out to the workshop.
Concepts were taught, and when asked, the same concept was taught in a different light.
I cannot believe Hilary Farr is associating with this scheme. And wow HGTV you should really be concerned with what this she is doing to your brand! This program is a SCAM!!!, it had nothing to do with renovations, and is absolutely taking advantage of those who more than likely are less able to afford the damages they will encounter!! I will never get that hour and a half of my life back, and the brainwashing tactics they employed were an insult to everyone in that rooms intelligence!! Shame on you Hilary for using your celebrity to manipulate those that look up to you for guidance.
The formulas for buying were a huge help to me, I also enjoyed learning how to check if a deal is right for me.
Out of the box ideas about approaching deals. Not the typical notions that we had heard of.
It gave me a much clearer view of the investor process. Henry proceeded at a pace that could be followed, question could be asked and in general he was very accessible!
