Rocksbox Jewelry charges their members a fee of $21 per month for choosing and mailing your newest three pieces. Whenever you choose to keep a piece for yourself, the price will be clearly printed on the insert included in your box so you know just what to pay, and your $21 fee will be applied toward any Rocksbox purchase you make.
This website says that if your product has serious damage after standard wearing during the first 180 days, they encourage their customers to contact them so that their Customer Assistance team can help you in any way possible. However, their website does say that their $21 styling fee is non-refundable.
