RocketLawyer, found online at RocketLawyer.com, is a company that says their goal is to help individuals and small businesses be able to take control of the protection afforded to them by legal advocates in the most affordable way possible.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, our country has worked hard to create laws that protect and empower its people. Unfortunately, most individuals, families, and small business owners still do not get the legal help they need or deserve because they are afraid of the expenses.
To solve this problem, members of RocketLawyer will be able to get access to all legal documents, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to customize and complete them.
They also offer their members the ability ask real lawyers legal questions, have lawyers review their work to guarantee accuracy, and if members ever need further legal counsel and representation, they can receive discounted services from the lawyers that are a part of the RocketLawyer network.
The website says that all users are eligible to take part of a one week trial period to see if their services will be useful to them. After the week trial period is over, customers can then begin a month-to-month membership at a cost of $39.95 per month.
Currently, this website says that member fees that they have been alerted to before requiring payment are always non-refundable. Members who choose to purchase an annual subscription of their services can cancel their membership for a refund within the first 30 days of membership.
After the first 30 days, annual members can give them 90 days notice that they wish to transfer their account to a month-by-month account, and can then cancel their membership at any time.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 877-881-0947 or by submitting them directly to their website.
This company does have some negative customer reviews that result mostly from issues customers had with cancelling their one week free trial - many customers said they tried unsuccessfully to cancel and ended up with full charges anyway.

1 ‘RocketLawyer’ Review
I signed up for a 1 time document printing for $1.00, which they charged me. Shortly after that they charged me $39.95 for the premium service I did not sign up for, and continue to try to bill me for it. there were 2 clearly marked buttons, $39.95 subscription, and $1.00 1 time non-recurring. After saving the pdf file for the divorce document, they charged me the monthly fee, forced me to cancel the credit card to avoid additional charges, only to find out at the local court house the the file as printed was not suitable for the state of Michigan! Buyer Beware!
