Beware when ordering from this company. they will try and rope you into expensive items you do not want nor need. They give you a whole 3 days after receipt to either like or not. Mine however was late because of the USPS. But that did not matter. I will NEVER order from this company again. I cant't believe the greed they have.

After getting a free trial I was very disappointed in the products. My face itched and burned while I used it. Today I found out I was apparently auto enrolled and charged $95,without ever signing up for that. There was NOTHING about this in the original offer!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I am so disappointed right now! I started using Robin McGraw’s products a little over a year ago - because I wanted quality products that did not perform animal testing. The products are fair, but overpriced. I only purchased them when they were on sale, or I could get a discount code. However, I placed an order over 3 weeks ago that I have not received. I have emailed customer service 5 times! They said they would look into it, but never provided an update. Then, I was told they were shipping a replacement order, but they never did. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!! I have requested a refund, since neither order ever shipped - but have yet to receive it!! I will never purchase from them again because of the hassle - there are other quality products that are much easier to deal with.

I purchased the Revelation products because i was desperate for something that worked. After having my second daughter i found myself to be exhausted all the time and definitely not putting any of my needs as a priority. I am excited to report that these products have turned that all around for me! The bags under my eyes are gone and my skin literally glistens without makeup on all day!

I turned 80 years old on July 23 2018 Over the years I’ve tried many skin products but none have given the moist, supple condition I’m experiencing with Robins product I do feel confident that my skin is being fed good nutrients and I feel better about my self I started with the basic regimen I’ve incorporated Dot your eyes, To the point, Face It you’re amazing, OMG is this really me, Live life lifted, Welcome back youth

These last few years I've spent a lot of money trying various products... nothing worked. I've got so many facial issues: horribly uneven skin tone, dark spots, sun damage, redness, fine lines and some deep wrinkles in the frown lines and corners of my mouth.

Robin, your products really do what you say they'll do! After using these items only a few weeks I'm noticing people that see me regularly are doing double takes. I'm sixty years old and thought youthful skin was a thing of the past for me, but already, I feel better about the way I look than I have in a very long time. I just received my second order and feel like a kid at Christmas!

I received the Georgia Gift Box free with my order. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the box and what was included in it. I love the fragrance of the Eau the parfum and the body butter. Love all the cosmetic line from Robin. I highly recommend it.

Look forward to taking the day off and using these products before bed. They do exactly what they say, awesome quality, packaging is fantastic, and I love the smells! I have tried so much stuff and Robin McGraw products are my favorite!

I have used my products for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. I am a busy mom and I was nervous about the price. However I clicked on promotions and received 5 products for 70dollars. That is not anymore expensive than over the counter. I also received free shipping on my order. My face had been looking tired with eyes sunken in and discoloration. After 1 week my whole face had just been uplifted and brightened. No more tired eyes! I just ordered additional products with a discount code and received free shipping and freebie products yet again!! I absolutely cant't wait to receive my next order!! Products I received with my first order, Foaming Joy, polish to perfection, hydra quench, hydrated skin=youth, and Georgian body butter!!! Which they all smell absolutely amazing my 10year old son even said, "Mom, you smell really good!" ORDER IT YOU WONT BE SORRY

I have just started using Robin McGraw Revelation products and each time I receive products I have ordered more because I have been so impressed. As for long term use I cannot say much yet but I expect nothing but the best. The products I have used so far have really made a difference. My skin had all kinds of problems, one of them being very dry; now after using for a very short time my skin has had 100% turnaround. It's softer,smoother,clearer, hydrated and much more evenly toned. My collection so far includes, Foaming Joy, Youth Hydra Qwench, Youth Hydrated Skin, 50 fierce, To the Point (can't wait to see my dark spots fade, only used once yet), Pore Tiny Me,Peace Out I'm Done,Welcome Back Youth, Face and eye masks,Brighter Together Duo, Shower Gel and Body Butter. Now I'm almost ready to order the Polish to Perfection. I love the free products I get too and the customer service is A .

I can tell when I skip using these products. I have had bags under my eyes since I was a teen...thought it was just normal "for me"....however, since using these products I am already seeing a change in my appearance and even my esthetician has commented on the changes.

I am a first time buyer of RMR products. I am a full time caregiver to my husband who suffered a stroke...which leaves me with little to no time for myself. I decided that I needed to do something for me, what I could do while at home tending to my loved one. So, I ordered four different products to indulge myself. I am so very happy that I did. The products are wonderful, smell good, and appear to be exactly what my skin needed. Trying to get back to the point where I can take care of both of us, instead of just him. Thank you RMR, for your wonderful products. First time buyer, but it won't be my last!

If you already have your favorite products, they won't surprise you, so it's not worth ordering. If you're experimenting,the products may be worth a shot. : - )

I have seen a significant't improvement in my skin since i’ve started using Robin’s products! The Foaming Joy face cleanser is gentle and leaves my skin so soft and clear! I use many of Robin’s products, love them all, and will continue to purchase them!

I tried the sheet mask multi pack. I loved the feel of the masks and most importantly how my skin felt after. I recently used a very expensive sheet mask. It was pleasant but the next day my skin did not feel different. I loved the way my skin felt the next day after using the Robin McGraw sheet mask. As an autism mom, self care is so important but so is cost. I would highly recommend this product.

I tried this skin-line and believe me...I've tried many different ones, and I LOVE this one!

I'm a skeptical person when it comes to celebrities hawking products too. I've tried Cindy Crawford's line (didn't care for it, and hated the fact that it was through Gunthy Renker, whose auto ship is a nightmare to cancel).

So when Robin McGraw came out with a line I thought "yeah sure"... but I decided to try it, and I LOVE IT! Sure, there are some products I like better than others, but over all I couldn't be happier (well, okay...they could lower some prices).

In all honesty, I did have an issue with my first order. One of the products didn't work. As in, the pump was faulty and wouldn't work. I called customer service (had no problem getting through to them), and was told to keep the product, they would send me a replacement (which they did and I received within just a few days)...and that I could switch out the pump on the faulty one to use on both. So I ended up with 2 for the price of 1, nothing to complain about with that type of customer service.

Now, having said that...I will also add, my first order did take awhile to arrive. The shipping was kind of slow, but the replacement arrived quickly so that could have been a variety of issues, but not an issue with the product itself.

As far as skin lines go, this one is a winner for me for several reasons.

#1 my sensitive skin loves this stuff, I have absolutely zero problems with it.

#2 I have had good experiences with customer service contrary to what others have said. They have been polite and responsive.

#3 When you place an order you are not automatically enrolled in some auto-ship program. You can opt in for auto-ship if you want to, but it is not a default; so you can order as YOU need the product.

I also want to add this for those who read the bad reviews and are put off. If a product has so few bad reviews against it as this one does (only five)...and it has been around for several years now, then I think it's safe to say, it's a pretty decent product with few issues.

Don't let these bad reviews put you off, I believe most people have had good experiences as I have.

I purchased the OMG face tightening serum when it first came out. It was wonderful. I loved it...I reordered and it took months for it to come in and the formula is totally different. It doesn't tighten like the first one and when you put on your makeup it starts peeling off and you have to redo your makeup. I would send it back but they deduct their shipping costs and I will have my shipping cost to send it back. I will never buy it again.

They have the worst website and costumer service. I placed my order 5 months ago, I didn't receive any confirmation number or email at the time on placing order, but my credit card got charged immediately. When I received my products, 3 items were missing. I called 4 times. Spent half an hour each time explaining what happened. Each time they told me a supervisor will call me in 24 hours. It's been 5 month and no one has returned my call.

Products are not good enough and all these issues have made my skin wrinkles deeper :(

I don't recommend these products to anyone.

I placed a order on 12/13/2016 and 2 times I tried it times out so I didn't think it went though because I never received a email with a conf# with those 2 so I tried 1 more time and I did receive a conf# on that order, But I check my credit card and by godish all 3 times where charged to my credit card. On the 13 right after I checked my credit card I called Robin McGraw Customer Service # and spoke to Brooke the Supervisor and she made sure that the 2 that timed out where going to credited back to my credit card ok that was on the 13th so the 14 again I checked my credit card and they were still showing all three charges so I called again and spoke with Sara and she again assured me they were getting taken care of and credited back to my credit card, so again on the 15th I checked my credit card and they are still there so again I called and spoke with Krystal and she again assured me they are being taken care of I said ok. So today is the 16th 3 days later and I checked my credit card again and they are still there so I called again and this time I spoke with Broke the supervisor again and this time I was very upset about this and she assured that they have taken care of it and it shows on there end that they credited me back those 2 charges so I told her how disappointed I was with all of this. I told her again tomorrow I will check my credit card again. I called my credit card co. and already disputed those charges so we will see tomorrow. But after this I will not be buying any thing from Robin McGraw skin line again........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
