RingCentral, found online at RingCentral.com, is a company which provides VoIP technology in order to help consumers simplify their lives and their businesses by giving them a phone system that works everywhere.
Voice over internet protocol, commonly called VoIP, is a service that allows voice communication to travel through internet networks and is working to change our current method of telephone communication by replacing standard phone lines.
RingCentral is applying their VoIP services to both telephone service and dial up telephone fax services for businesses and personal use, similar to other competitors like Nextiva.
The concept behind replacing fax services focuses on making fax transmissions as easy as sending emails. VoIP services will not suffer from the issues that come alone with a using a standard fax machine, such as paper jams, systems errors, or busy signals.
Consumers who are interested in signing up for a RingCentral account can currently take advantage of a 30 day free trial of their services. If you like the service, simply do nothing and at the end of the month you will automatically be signed up for their smallest package.
This package includes 700 pages each month and costs $8.89 per month. You can also have a membership which offers 1000 pages for $24.99, 2500 pages for $59.99, or unlimited pages for $39.99 in monthly payments. If you are interested in paying for an annual subscription up front, you can receive discounts on any package you choose.
Once your account is set up, you will be able to have access to your fax services regardless of wherever you are in the world – you simply need to login to your account from an internet enabled device.
Customers who wish to choose a specific phone number can do so for a one time, $30 fee by arranging it with their Customer Service support team.

Their customer support is probably the worst you could ask for. Not to mention the price you pay for it.
If you check one of my other reviews you'll see I switched to MightyCall. Couldn't be more happy with those guys. You can tell that they're a small business helping other small guys like us.
I saw an ad online and also heard their ad on Pandora and decided to give them a try. As a small business owner, I couldn't be happier with their service. It's rich with features compared to my old service. The best part of the service, I can forward all my calls to my cell phone when I am on the road. Amazing!
