I did not like it under my eyes, but when I used it on my nose- wow! My nose has always been red. I have tried lotions but none worked, until now. This ResVibrant anti aging serum worked on my nose, it is no longer red. I am very happy with this
I ordered two products where I paid USD 7.95 and weeks after I realized that they charged me around USD 366!!!!!! So, when I talked with customer service they only answer that my refund will be USD 47.31
I DID NOT MADE ANY PURCHASE AFTER THE FIRST ONE. EVEN SO, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SAID I BOUGHT.
I SENT THIS CASE TO MY BANK AND MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL.

The first time i entered my info from my phone, it said "card declined". i knew my card was fine so i tried again. That time it had a continuous circle saying processing order. It never went away. I sent a message to this "stacy lynn" person and said what the problem was and then was informed "Is your card Visa or MasterCard? debit and credit card works, no prepaid cards". i said what my card was and then said i thought it was a scam. the reply back was "it's not, also the website is verified vy both Visa and MasterCard no info is stored. (didn't have any complaints) do you have enough funds in the card?". my response was of course i do. then i get the reply "if there is no charge on your account and no confirmation email was sent the order wasn't processed

I said my bank is saying this must be fraud and then they told me "if you never used your card recently for online purchases banks place a protection against fraudulent charges that's all. this is a protection set by the bank . just confirm you placed the order yourself. since you never got charged from the company
never had any kind of complaints so far from anybody ordering". i knew nothing was wrong with my card. once i advised them "my bank verified they've had complaints from this site before. i called your customer service and the lady couldnt even repeat back any of my correct info." i ended up getting an email of an order confirmation. i immediately called my bank and cancelled my card. good thing i did because when i got on my computer i googled the product and found all these complaints. i had a weird feeling about the way everything was handled and i took action.
Where to begin? I often try samples of new cosmetics and creams on trial and always have sufficient time to return them if they don't measure up. Not so the case with ResVibrant.
First, when I signed up, the trial explanation was not front and center, so beware.
Second, I received a charge on my credit card after only 7 days of trying the product and tried to email ResVibrant to complain. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the email address that they have on their site for customer service is not correct.
Third, when I placed my call to cancel and asked that the charges be removed, I was told that my trial was over on the one product, and for the other I could purchase the remainder for a discount. I explained that I had only had the product for 7 days, and was told that the trial started when the order was placed. Really? At that rate, your order could be held up by processing, and you may only have a day in your trial. Again...beware.
Now, as far as the product itself...adequate...nothing special. Save your money...No, let me rephrase that...guard your money against this type of business practice.
this company is a rip off they stole from me twice. I did not like the product. They did not send any return information never the less a phone number to call back I never thought that I could get charged for a free trial. This company is a rip off and the product sucks..
The cream is oily and heavy on your skin. You will not get your product for a week and a half. I called on the 14th day and was assured my order was cancelled and I would only pay 34.95. They charged me that and 89.96 for the shipment that was on its way that they refused to let me send back, as my account was closed already. The people are rude and liars. To bad there are companies out there like this one. Be careful if you try it.
I ordered the product for $3.97 on 01/20/2016 and read nothing that would suggest that I was under any future obligations. I received the product on the 14th day 02/02/2014 and noticed the next day 02/03/2016 a hold on my account for $88.64. I contacted customer service and requested a refund and was advised that my 14 day cancellation period had expired and no refund would be made. I was then told the information was in the small print. I advised that I would be placing a stop payment on the amount of $88.64. I cancelled on 02/03/2016 and received an email confirmation of the cancellation. ResVibtant then placed a fraudulent order against my bank account for $88.96 on 02/06/2016 after I had cancelled. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Since using the product for 3 days I have been breaking out and have discontinued using as of 02/05/2016.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I decided to try this product. Well, they sent me a half empty bottle to start with. They are supposed to give you 14 days before they charge you the $70 or so dollars for it. They charged me $88.65 before the 14 days. Also, the product burned my face and made me itch. I don't really have sensitive skin either. I did get a REFUND, but you have to send this back. NEVER AGAIN!!
