RankPay.com is the online home of RankPay, a company that promises their customers high quality search engine optimization services with a unique pay structure that promises customers don’t pay until they see results.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, RankPay.com provides websites with search engine optimization, or SEO, services, which is an industry term for saying they will improve the way your website ranks in the search results of major search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Improving your website’s rankings often relies on a variety of factors and can actually be fairly complicated, which is why many companies find it beneficial to outsource this work to professionals who study all the different aspects of SEO. RankPay.com says that their staff takes a completely data driven approach to search engine optimization by tracking millions of searches and rankings each month, and figuring out which metrics and factors are contributing to sustainable rankings.
However, the reality of SEO is that it can take a long time to improve your rankings depending on how competitive your chosen keywords are. The website says that 44 days is their average time until your website will show improvement, though some improvements will be faster and others for significantly competitive keywords, can take months.
RankPay.com says that they are different from other SEO companies, however, because they don’t expect their clients to pay for their services unless they actually improve your rankings.
As mentioned above, RankPay.com provide their customers with a “pay for performance” payment structure. To do this, the website produces a tier system for how your website ranks depending on the keywords you have chosen. The bottom tier, or Tier 1, is all rankings between 30-21, and Tier 5, or the best tier, is for rankings between 1-3.
When you sign up for your account, the price you will pay for your rankings will be clearly displayed so you know in advance exactly what you will pay for the promised results. This pricing will be calculated based on your website’s current performance and the competition for the keyword you are targeting.
This company does not provide their customers with a Refund Policy because they don’t expect their customers to pay for their services at all unless they are successful at improving your rankings. Even if your website already ranks in the top 10 results when you contract their services, you will never be charged until they get you to rank at 9 or above.
Because this company does not expect payment unless they are successful, it doesn’t seem necessary to provide a Refund Policy, though if you believe circumstances have occurred which justify a refund you should always reach out to their Customer Service team right away for assistance.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 877-726-5729 or by submitting them directly to their website through their Contact Us link.
It is really easy to be excited about RankPay.com’s premise, that they will not ask their clients to pay them for their services until they have already shown improvement in their rankings, but the reality is that SEO is actually incredibly complicated and always changing. The things you do to improve your rankings today could actually turn out to be anchors dragging your rankings down tomorrow, depending on what exactly they are.
RankPay isn’t very specific on what they do, but for the most part it appears to be link building, which means publishing content on other websites that link back to your website as a source. This can be an effective means of link building as long as your links are all being placed on quality, reliable websites.
Most people believe that this is the kind of link building being done by RankPay, but it’s not incredibly clear that this is the case. Concerned customers may want to contact their Customer Service directly and ask them about their methods of improving rank before signing up for their services.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Certainly there are many companies that offer these same services to their customers, though not necessarily with the same pay structure, including Accolade SEO Services, SEOClerks, Marketecture, Crexendo, RankLogix, and many others.

1 ‘RankPay.com’ Review
My marketing business has contracted with several SEO companies, all with less than stellar results. I have been trying to find an opportunity to use RankPay for three or four years, finally in June I decided to use it for our own website www.thinkinneon.com. We were not ranked in the top 30 in our market, as we have never tried to do anything to improve our rankings before.
We submitted two keywords on July 7th 2016, "Reno Advertising Agency" and "Reno Marketing". We started off ranked #38 on Google and #26 on Bing/Yahoo for "Reno Advertising Agency". We were ranked 100+ on both search engines for "Reno Marketing".
"Reno Advertising Agency" results:
On August 7th we were ranked #10 on yahoo/Bing and #19 on Google. On September 4th we ranked #6 and #16 respectively. On Oct 2nd we ranked #3 and #17. On November 1 we ranked #3 on all engines. We have been in the top 3 since (it changes weekly but we're always #1, 2 or 3).
"Reno Marketing" Results:
We started on the same day, July 7 2016. We were ranked #101 on both Yahoo/Bing and Google. On July 31st we reached #15 on Yahoo/Bing and remained over 100 on Google. On October 30th we hit #16 on Google and #17 on Yahoo/Bing. We have remained at the 16-18 position on Yahoo/Bing (it's now January 13, 2017). We just hit #3 on Google, we have been hovering around #6 since October.
We pay around $340/month for these results. This is less than any SEO company has charged any of our clients in the past. I am very happy with the results of RankPay and plan on white labeling their services to our clients. Check the keywords yourself and see where our company (Neon Agency) ranks.
