QuoteSearch.com is the online home of QuoteSearch, a United Kingdom based company that says they provide their customers with information, advice, and direct comparison services for all the financial products they need.
How Does It Work?
QuoteSearch.com is a company that says they provide their customers with advice and information on personal money matters, and that they have created partnerships with range of different companies and specialists, so that they can offer their customers the best advice on their financial products.
They break up their comparison categories into Money, Insurance, and Business. Within Money, they allow users to make comparisons for Mortgages, Pensions, Loans, and Debt Help. For Insurance, they provide comparisons for Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Income Protection. And finally for Business, they provide comparisons for Key Man Insurance, Partnership Protection, Relevant Life Cover, and Shareholder Protection.
This company says that they are completely independent and not owned by any of the companies offering products and services through their website. They want their customers to feel reassured that “all of the information we provide is unbiased.”
Currently this service is completely free of charge for customers who are using it for their comparisons, but this does not mean that this company is not making money. Though their website likes to emphasize the fact that they are not owned by any of the companies whose services they recommend, this does not mean that they do not earn money from these companies. The fine print of this website states that “This website is free to you but to operate this website we may receive a fee from the provider or intermediary we refer you to.”
This does not necessarily mean that the company is not recommending the best service for your needs or that the information they give customers is biased, however it is important that customers understand that this company is compensated by the services they partner with.
Because this company does not require their users to provide any form of payment or compensation to use their services, they also do not provide any kind of a Refund Policy. Customers who are interested about Refund Policies, Cancellation Policies, or any other kind of consumer protection policies will need to speak to the actual company from which they will be purchasing their policy or securing their financial assistance, as every company will handle this particular issue differently.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 01489 663180 or by email at [email protected]
It appears that this company seems to have a decent reputation within the price comparison industry, but as mentioned above this company does receive compensation from the companies they partner with. This doesn’t mean that this company isn’t trustworthy, but it is a good indicator that customers will not want to use this as their only single resource for purchasing their financial products, but rather as one of many tools as they make their important financial decisions.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Companies that offer price comparisons on quotes for mortgages, loans, and insurance policies are actually incredibly popular and there are many different options available, depending on what kind of service or policy you are looking for and your country or even state of residence.

1 ‘QuoteSearch.com’ Review
I made the mistake of requesting a quote by completing an on-line questionnaire and before the questionnaire was fully completed I received a phone call from these people [01489 663180] who quite quickly passed me onto another company [01202 901977]. I never completed the call because of a family emergency and whilst dealing with that incident, my phone never stopped. The company I had been passed onto [01202 901977] has called my phone twelve times over thirty six hours.
This kind of harassing activity is a clear indicator that the company has dubious behaviour issues. The initial company is complicit in this and I hold them responsible in the first instance. My sincere advice is to completely ignore this company no matter how convinced you might feel, that they are operating above board.
