Order came 3 days late
have you received them yet? I am trying to contact their customer service too because I have a duplicate order. I got an email stating my order was incomplete, so I reordered and then got an email saying my original order (that was stated as incomplete) was shipped. Hoping to resolve this soon and not pay for two sets of bracelets. Otherwise I guess someone will be getting that for Christmas lol
Customer service is the worst!
I purchased a bracelet on a trip and LOVED it so I went on line to order more. Their site says all orders ship within 48 hours. 3 weeks, 11 emails, 4 lengthy and disconnected phone calls later my order, which has been paid for - sits "unfulfilled."
Check out their facebook page - more than half the comments are complaints, order issues or ads for bracelets you can't buy!
The bracelets are great - the process, the customer service - not so much.
This company has problems. I also ordered from them on November 28th, 2017 and have not yet received my order, or a tracking number. Today is December 15th, and I am unable to receive a reply from them after sending more than 29 e-mails to them, or receive a return callback. i think they are a scam. Will cancel my order and work with my credit card company to provide them with the necessary information to obtain my refund. Do not deal with this company!
