I ordered on Nov 20th and received them on Dec 26th....so much for being Christmas presents! Very disappointed they didn't arrive on time for Christmas when I ordered before Thanksgiving. Then I opened them only to be disappointed again as I ordered 1 dog socks and 1 cat socks and what I received was my 1 dog sock and someone else's dog sock and NO cat socks! Tried to call them to get "out of service" and tried to email them to no avail. Frustrating I won't get my cat socks or my money back!

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order on November 24th and it is now December 27th and I still have not received the item. I also believe the tracking they provide is a SCAM. I have emailed and a I NEVER get a response. Worst company EVER!! And I never post reviews but I am furious.

I placed an order on Dec 2nd and still have not received my socks. I have tried to get in touch with them for over two weeks with no response. They ran my card and now I am going to have to cancel the transaction. What a joke. Do not order from these people. I had told them this was a Christmas present for my child and I still have not heard anything. I will let everyone I know not to order from here. The only response you get it an automated response saying they will get back to you with never responding.

Do not fall for this! I ordered 8 pairs of socks for Christmas presents thru the pupsocks website. The money came out of my account and no socks ever came. I emailed pupsocks with my order number and the reply was “sorry for the inconvenience, your order can not be tracked”. I have not been able to get my money back.

I just received an order that I've been waiting weeks for I ordered two pairs of socks just received them in the mail today. The socks I received are a picture of someone else's cat I ordered these as a gift for my daughter which was supposed to be a picture of her dog!!

This company is not reputable. Their products are poorly made with no quality control.
