About Public Record Spy
Finding information on anyone is easy to do through numerous websites. Many of them offer services to provide you data on someone’s whereabouts, contact information, criminal records, and much more. Public Record Spy is a one-stop-shop where you are able to search for records pertaining to anyone whom you may need information on.
Retrieving information through Public Record Spy requires you to have some information on the individual you need to research. Entering more information into their search criteria can help you find the person much easier. The more information you have the better the chances are that you will find an exact match.
There is different criteria you are able to enter in their search fields; you can search by address, name, phone, social security number, and much more. Different reports that you may be able to find include background checks, criminal records, court records, inmate searches, neighborhood checks, marriage licenses, divorce records and birth records.
For unlimited searches on PublicRecordSpy.com it costs $50.00 per month and you will be enrolled in automatic renewal. For one individual search it costs $14.95 and you will not be automatically billed going forward. After you have located the person you have to pay additional fees to actually view each record. To upgrade to a premium membership from a one-time search, they offer a 3 day trial service for $4.95. If you decide to cancel you must do so before the 3 day trial is over.
For many people, who have tried to locate someone through their site, the initial search they conducted populated many records. The issue was that after customers paid to access the site there was no longer an abundant source of documents available.
The reviews online have noted that this site did not provide them with enough information for the amount of money they paid. There had also been instances where money had been debited from their account for more than they owed. PublicRecordSpy does not clearly outline the fact that there are additional payments necessary to view the records. Not only are they charging a lot for their services, the customer service is poor and they do not respond to people’s inquiries.
People search databases are made available to help people save time contacting and traveling to different places in hopes to find what they are looking for. The location of each document extends throughout offices in each county, city, state, and court. While some of the records may be hard to access, many others are easy to find if you know where to look. Some records cost money while others are free.
You can actually search for public records on your own. Documents can be tracked down at statewide repositories, civil court clerk offices, county recorder offices, law enforcement agencies and within the department of correctional services. Some online databases are available through the official county and city websites; it’s the best route to start out any search.

The only information you can enter on their website is Name and State. You can't narrow it down any further. Three days after contacting customer service, they offered to help me via e-mail. This is a scam!
RUN DO NOT WALK TO THE NEAREST EXIT.
This "service" is a total waste of money, does not supply the information (My supposed "unlimited" subscription just lead to NO information, and additional charges...how is that unlimited?)
WORSE my credit card was charged TWICE for the same useless service.
Waiting on PayPal to resolve this with ClickBank and get my money refunded...maybe I'll get it back, maybe not.
Feel REAL stupid, that's for sure.
