( 1 reviews ) describes itself as “the world’s number one prank calling service” which allows people the ability to choose from a selection of humorous prank calls which you can send to your friends, for free.

How Does It Work?

Their service is actually very easy to use. All you have to do is go to their website, browse through their pre-recorded prank call scenarios, choose the one you like best, and select which friend you would like to send the prank call to.

Though the service does promote itself as being free, they are limited to providing customers two free phone calls per day. Outside of that, they do offer a selection of paid packages, as well as a way to earn free credits toward prank phone calls by taking free surveys.

However, it is very important to understand that this service is designed to be fun and humorous, and not to inconvenience or harass anyone. Because of this, has limited the number of times you are able to call a certain number each hour, and each day.

In addition, if you do not wish to have your phone number accessible from this service, you have the ability to go to their website and add your phone number to their “Do Not Call” list, using their “Block My Number” link.

Mobile Options

At this time, does offer free mobile applications for three different mobile operating systems, including iOS, Android, and Windows.

Cost/Price Plans

Though you do get two free phone calls each day, you can also purchase tokens which can be used to pay for prank calls. Buying token packages will give you benefits like no charge when a call is not answered, no ads at the end of calls, as well as the ability to view the history of all your pranks, to make calls after 10 pm, to listen to the prank calls live, to call internationally, and to get access to "Premium Pranks."

A single token purchases a single prank call, and the smallest package is 25 tokens for $5.95 while the largest package is 300 tokens for $31.95.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately the website is very clear that any token purchased through this website are automatically non-refundable. All sales are final, and customers should consider this when deciding how much to spend or how large of a package to purchase.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who wish to contact Customer Service with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to their website through their Contact Us link.

There are some concerning complaints regarding this company, mostly having to do with some of the “humorous” prank calls actually sounding extremely threatening, and people who hung up the phone before hearing the end of the phone call believed that they were genuinely being threatened and that their safety might be at risk.

In addition, there are some other isolated complaints regarding calls going through more than once due to some type of IT glitch, becoming an experience that was more harassment than humoring.

At the end of the day, it is very important for people to realize that they should be exercising reason and consideration when deciding what kind of prank call to place, and to whom they are placing it.

Competitors and Alternatives?

Oddly enough, this is actually a fairly popular industry and there are quite a few different choices for prank call services if you decide you need something other than to meet your needs.

Revenge is best served cold.

I used this service, though I just did the free 2 call's a day thing, so I can not testify to the token system (yet..), I used this service to call a person who has not only screwed myself over, but it also being kinda creepy to my younger sister, he is almost twice her age. The recording part of this is fantastic in itself, as after the call you get a recording of their "conversation" and the persons reaction. If you're looking for a way to mess with someone, along with the Masters of revenge, I would use this again...and most likely will.
