PhonePower, found online at PhonePower.com, is a company that says they provide their customers with landline quality phone service for an "incredibly low flat rate" for both personal and business use.
In addition to offering affordable alternative phone service, PhonePower promises their customers that they are an eco-friendly company that uses all recycled materials, hardware, products, and electronic storage to help keep the planet green.
How Does It Work?
PhonePower is a voice over internet protocol, or VoIP, service. This is a type of voice that is designed to use your existing high speed internet connection to route voice communications rather than standard telephone lines.
Customers who are interested in PhonePower can go to their website, choose a plan, and receive your included VoIP adapter which will allow you to instantly make and receive calls "effortlessly."
Their basic personal use phone plans include unlimited calls to the US and Canada for $19.95 per month, or for $8.33 per month if you choose to subscribe to a year's service up front. The cost of business plans will depend on the number of extensions you will need. Their website offers an interactive tool for you to see what it would cost your business to use their service.
PhonePower does not offer a Refund Policy, however they do offer their annual subscribers 30 days in which you can try out their service and cancel it if you are not satisfied without incurring any penalties. Customers who cancel after this 30 day window will be charged a $99 fee.
