About PersonalLoans.com

PersonalLoans.com is a loan matching service that specializes in personal loans, a type of loan that ranges between $1000 and $35,000 depending on your credit score, as well as personal needs and circumstances.

How Does It Work?

PersonalLoans.com does not actually supply borrowers with the money themselves. Instead they are responsible for gathering all the necessary information that will be looked at the institutions that will provide you with your loan, including your credit score, your reason for requesting the loan, and some other basic personal and financial information.

Though this website states that they can assist borrowers of all different credit levels, there are certain requirements all borrowers must meet. You must be at least 18 years old, be employed or receive disability or Social Security benefits, have a valid checking account, and while applicants do not have to have good credit, they must still meet certain requirements.

Cost/Price Plans

Using this website is completely free, but the cost of accepting a personal installment loan depends on how much money you have borrowed, the length of time you take to pay it back, the interest rate that is being applied, and whether or not you incur any additional fees or charges during the term of your loan.

Refund Policy

Personal installment loans do not have Refund Policies, but they may have periods during which they can canceled and the borrowed money can be returned without any payment of interest or penalties - this information should be included in the terms of the loans that are provided to you.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who are interested in contacting Customer Service with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 800-772-2274, by email at [email protected] or by traditional mail at 945 McKinney St #619, Houston, TX 77002.

Reputation

As far as simply being a free loan matching service, customers seem happy with the information and the matching services they have provided to them, as well as the depth and breadth of the information regarding the loan they are being offered.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many different websites that offer this same type of free service, where they match up borrowers with qualified lenders, including ClickNLoan, BetterLoanChoice, Speedy Net Loan, and many more.

Personal Loan

June22, 2017

I applied online and someone called to get my credit score information from freescores.com. I already have an account with them, so I was able to give them the information needed. I was told that they did have some lenders for me and that a supervisor would call back. This all happened on 6/21/2017. I'm still waiting to talk to someone.

Horible

September30, 2014

They ask to much personal questions like Checking account number, Routing number, SS number, License number ECT. they shouldn't need all of this if they are not the lender. I hope they do not drain my account dry. Interest rates to high, the kind I was borrowing to pay off. So it was a no go for me!

I stumbled upon this site after reading some good reviews, and I love it! Such good customer service and really helpful... I have far from perfect credit but was still able to qualify for a fair loan. :)

interest rate rape at best. It hurts and should be reported.
