About Parachute Sheets
ParachuteHome.com is the online home of Parachute Sheets, a bedding product which was specifically designed in order to give people premium quality bedding at an affordable price.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, the reality of high quality, premium sheets is not determined the way many people think it is, by thread count. Instead, Parachute Sheets says that the real determinant of luxury sheets is that they are made of high quality material which has been processed to remove all impurities and colored with all natural dyes that meet all the highest safety and environmental protection standards.
Parachute Sheets are made from one of two fabrics: percale or sateen. The percale is described as being similar the “perfect white button down shirt.” The percale has been stonewashed for a soft texture and more casual appearance, and is made to be more breathable and will continue to get softer the longer you use them. The sateen is matte and doesn’t have an overly shiny appearance, and is considered the more luxurious of the fabrics and is naturally wrinkle resistant.
Buying these kinds of luxury sheets within the United States is normally extremely expensive and out of the reach of the vast majority of people. Parachute Sheets wanted their products to be more accessible, so they worked hard to streamline and simplify the design and manufacturing process, cutting out the unnecessary expense along the way and passing their savings on to the customers.
Customers are able to order samples of their material and colors before they order so they can ensure the sheet set will go with their existing décor. They also provide all elements of their bedding in either sets or mix-and-match separate orders, so customers can be assured of getting exactly what they want and need.
Parachute Sheets are available in two different options, their signature Venice Set and their standard Sheet Set. The standard Sheet Set includes a fitted sheet and pillowcases and begins at $89 for a Twin sized set and goes up to $149 for a California King sized set. The Venice Set includes one fitted sheet, one duvet cover, and pillowcases, and begins at $199 for a Twin sized set to $299 for a California King sized set.
Parachute Sheet sets do not include a top sheet. They say this is because polls have showed that 40% of Americans do not use top sheets, and people living in the continent of Europe almost never use top sheets – the company does not see the point of charging you for something you may not use.
However, if you do use a top sheet, you are welcome to add one to your order for an additional price, beginning at $50.
The website says that customers who are unhappy with their purchase for any reason are welcome to return their purchase within 30 days. You are asked to contact Customer Service to arrange and authorize your return.
Once you’ve gotten their approval and instructions, they ask that you repack your sheets as best you can into their original packaging and use the pre-paid shipping return label to send them back, with the original packing slip included. A full refund will be issued, minus the cost of shipping.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 888-967-8832 or by submitting them directly to the website through their Contact Us link.
Though there are not many customer reviews available for Parachute Sheets at this time, there are many reviews available from traditional publications like the Wall Street Journal and many different bloggers.
These reviews almost unanimously speak with the highest regard of the quality of their sheets and the surprisingly low price point at which they are able to provide this type of quality sheet sets.
It is true that the price point of Parachute Sheets is still higher than many people on a strict budget can afford, but some sources have quoted the quality of these sheets as being comparable to sets that sell for more than $1,000 in the United States, so if they are affordable to your budget, they certainly seem worth the price, and if they are slightly out of reach you may decide they are worth the stretch.
Competitors and Alternatives?
This company is not alone in its attempt to bring people high quality sheets and bedding at more affordable prices, though what you are looking for will depend on your overall budget, the style you are hoping to find, the size, and more.

Said they are made to last, but worn through within 5 months. They don’t answer their customer service number nor respond to emails. All hype, poor quality and zero service.
I'm not sure why sheets became so hard to make all of a sudden. 10 years ago you could buy 200 thread count from Target and they would feel great with no skin rash from chemicals. After 4 other anchor store sheet purchases and returns, I thought with all the hype that parachute sheets would be great. Absolutely wrong. I have sensitive skin and the sheets feel like fine sandpaper. I could not sleep on them. I could not be paid to sleep on them.
