About NuVie Skin Care

NuVie Skin Care is a new anti-aging skincare product available at NuVieSkinTrial.com which claims that their product is “better than Botox,” and provides users with an injection free solution for younger looking skin.

The anti-aging skin product market is large and getting larger every year, as the demands for products that are more effective and more efficient grows. In fact, according to the NuVie Skin website, 8 out of 10 dermatologists say that all women over 30 should be using an anti-aging skin care regimen.

Many people looking for anti-aging solutions believe that they need to use chemical based products or injections to achieve the best possible results, but NuVie Skin Serum says this isn’t the case.

According to their website, users that began a skincare regimen that included NuVie Skin Care facial serum saw a wide variety of benefits. 84% of users saw a decrease of wrinkles and fine lines, 95% of users saw in an increase of collagen production, and 73% of users saw a decrease in appearance of dark circles.

And instead of relying on chemicals, their product is based completely on natural ingredients like naturally occurring peptides which have been shown to eliminate wrinkles, promote collagen production, and plump and firm skin.

New customers who are interested in this product can pay a discounted price of $4.95 for Shipping and Handling, and they will receive a 14 day trial. At the end of 14 days, customers will be charged the full purchase price of $89.15, and every 30 days thereafter when they are automatically sent a new shipment.

Customers who have complaints or issues with what they have received must cancel their membership within the trial period in order to incur no further charges.

Scam

September15, 2014

I have cancelled numerous times & every time they took the money out of my account. So now I am returning the product hoping they refund my money. I work in customer service & have never experienced this kind of disrespectful people in my life. This is a scam all the way.

SCAM beware!!

August4, 2014

it is a money making scheme gimmick linked to another gimmick product and once they have your CC number look out they charge it (both companies) whether you want it / cancelled it or not. No notice of any trial date expiration, the promise you only pay for shipping, which is twice the normal first class shipping amount, Because in combination it is a miracle they want to get them out to the masses!

THIS IS A SCAM

July31, 2014

I purchased this product via Facebook for $4.95. One hour later $4.99 was deducted from my checking account along with a charge for $44.58 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. This was put back into my account by a wonderful representative of Nuvie along with the $37.00 NSF Fee. On July 30th, $79.97 was taken from my checking account by Nuvie. I have documentation via my e-mail that my subscription was cancelled (never did have a subscription) and still they took this money from me. I have multiple sclerosis, cannot get out much, and now have to go to my bank and file an affidavit. I am going to call them at 9:00 a.m. and I hope they refund this money they stole from me. This is a disruption in my daily life. Please do not get this product.

this is a scam and a fraud

July21, 2014

I ordered the free trial And my face broke out also. I called and cancelled in the 14 day time frame. This was in May. I was charged 89'15 in June and again in July happened to see the charges on my bank statements. I called this number which was on the bank statement. Which is 877 361 0157 and was told she would refund me one half and when I returned the sample that she would refund the other half. I did not give them the o.k. to use my money from my account. Also when I called the first time it was a recording and said to press c to cancel which I did. Also they are guilty or otherwise why would they refund half of my money. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. And contracting my lawyer. And another question for them why did they not e-mail me and let me know they had taken this out of my account. Just trying to save someone else from the same mistake

NuVie Skin Care sam - if not fraud

July15, 2014

You do not see, what you signed up for until they charge $89.15 to your CC for nothing!
Called 888-978-2310 to cancel, but there is no human answering ever.
You get an automated voice, stating that you can cancel for another charge of $44.53.
I do not know yet, if the cancellation will work. I doubt it.
If it does not work, I will have to contact a lawyer and / or get a new CC number.
This is the first time, this happened to me. What a deceit with the free trial and I call it fraud, because you pay for your cancellation. And as I said - the cancellation might not even work, as other people have posted on the Internet.
Cannot believe that Amazon is selling this product....

One more comment - in order to cancel they tell you on their website you need an RMA number - which you cannot get, because their is no human voice you can ever talk to. Some people still could get a life person to talk to - not anymore. It is just scam - if not fraud.

Well - I have to eat my loss and move on. Just want to warn others.

Definite scam

May8, 2014

From Facebook, saw post to write a review for a product after trying it free for 30 days. Nothing mentioned about being charged $89.15 after 14 days. The products name was not mentioned, the ad said they were getting info about new products, not selling me a product. Then when I got the charge on my bank account, I called them at the number on my account and they said sorry, but i had to pay it, because it was past the 14 days, though It isn"t 14 days from the day, they took the money out of my account for the shipping charge of $4.95. They offered a discount on the product for shipping it every month, first 30% then down to only $29.95 a month. Then they would send me another bottle of it and not charge me for it, free. I am going through my bank and reported it as a fraud.

Rip Off

May5, 2014

I ordered Nuvie Skin Care trial bottle and never received it. I called the next month because they started charging me for it anyways. I called to see why they were charging me for something I never recieved. They said they'd send another bottle to me for 1/2 off and I never received that one either. They still charged me for it. I called to cancel and they wouldn't give me my money back, but they waived the $4.99 cancellation fee. So, I ended up "giving" them $50 for a product I never received. I tried talking to the supervisor, but he was busy on another call (probably a complaint) and the guy refused to do anymore about it.

I will never do "free" trials again. Thanks for nothing.

This is definitely a scam. I ordered the Nuvie skin care from Facebook. There was no mention of a 14 day trial. The next thing I know, there is a charge for $89.15 on my card. When I called them they told me there was nothing they could do, because it stated on there website that you must cancel before the 14 days. I asked what 14 days? They told me it is on their website. I told them to cancel my order and I would report them as a scam.

SCAM!!!!

February3, 2014

I ordered the 14 day 'free' trial (paid $4.95 for shipping), it took 10 days to receive the trial - leaving only 4 days to try it. I called on the 14th day to cancel and return the 'free trial', but was told I was too late and would incur an $89.15 charge for my first shipment. I cancelled it immediately, returned the unused and unopened 'free trial'. 30 days later, I'm STILL trying to get them to refund the $89.15 which they charged me for the first 'shipment', which I cancelled, and they NEVER sent. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered the free trial and paid $4.95 for shipping. I rec'd. trial size of Nuvie Skin Care product. I started using it and serious rash with marble sized lumps broke out on my chin in three places. I discontinued use of it and did not intend on ordering anymore. Then on my checking acct. I noticed a charge for $89.15. I called co. and they said they would not take charge off...or at best would take off 35%. I said NO I wanted entire amt. credited back to my checking account. Lady said it was too late and even tho' I had a reaction, I still owed the $89.15. Apparently the $89.15 is for the .50 oz. sample bottle???? In the end, she offered 50% back and I said NO, the understanding was $4.95 for the trial size ONLY. I'm going to see how I can get the bank to "stop payment"???? I know there's a serious charge for that. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!
