It's been almost 2 months since I ordered a men's fall jacket from NewChic.com - and surprise, surprise, I still haven't received it. We have reached out to their 'customer service' and we just keep getting the same response. We keep getting different variations of this:

We have received 6 response similar to this and we finally even went to our local post office to check and the post office said we should never have to do something like this.
It's a flat out scam and unfortunately I'm now out $100.
I knew it was fake when they emailed me about buying the things that were in my cart. I happened to notice the spelling in the message, I always look at grammar. Lol, these comments tho... I'm glad I came here before I actually bought anything!
I wish i had read reviews first. Now i have fallen prey to the scam. After a week i am still trying to return items which are poor quality and don't fit according to their size guides. Additionally, it took them 12 days to ship my order and another 2 weeks to receive them. It would take too much writing to to tell you all the ways they have proven to be dishonest. In summary, they did not respond to my emails to customer service for information on the status of my order, tracking numbers and requests to cancel the order once i saw how long it was taking. Now that I received the order and want to send it back, they have created barriers to my return. I'm in my 6th day of emails, waiting for permission for and an address to return the items. (ironic that their shipping time was over 2 weeks, yet they want a return within 7 days.) Of course, the mailing label is in an Asian language which I can't even identify. After the first couple of days of faux apologies from them, they asked me to send pictures of the items. I sent pictures, as they requested. First they said they didn't get the pictures. I sent them again. Now they want more pictures of each item opened and out of the individual bags (through which each item is identifiable. ) Now they are questioning the identity of one of the items and they want more pictures. Day 7: I blew up. Now i have not heard back from them at all. Based on all the reviews I've seen, I expect I will lose my money on clothes which do not fit. And it appears there is no recourse for any satisfactory solution. Beware.
Be careful when ordering . They put in their website that it's in stock then after your charged you find out that it's in back order. I ordered a beach sandals supposedly in stock . After I was charged & emailed them about my order this is their reply.;

Observed an ad in my e-mail for a pair of nice looking shoes on sale for 21.00. I ordered a pair and decided to purchase a couple of caps to match. Total cost of the caps 13.00. I paid a total of 13.00 for the caps and then paid 19.00 for expedited shipping to get these items in time for my July vacation.The next morning I received an email informing that the caps have been shipped but the shoes are on back order. Would not have brought the caps if it were not for the shoes. What's the point of paying extra cost for expedited shipping if the items can't be shipped. I have e-mailed my concerns to this company and am waiting on response. Based on the reviews above I don't expect much but will update when I receive a response.

I clicked on a link from my facebook page and thought I'd try the undies. They were for plus sized women made from bamboo and you could get 3 pairs for $9.00. Their sizing is a little different but they are clearly stated to fit size L-4XL. Upon further checking they had USA sizing that states they fit size 10-18 (I wear a 10) I checked out their return policy before ordering just in case. I ordered 3 pair
I received the package: #1, the only English on the shipping label was my address. #2 there was no packing slip inside the package just the product. #3 Opened one of the panties and held it up and it clearly wasn't going to fit. #4 the advertisement shows them being stretch quite a bit, I tried to stretch them out to see if I should even try to put them on....not much stretch.
so I put them back in the package. I took a picture of the 3 undies packages and took a picture of the label.
Went to the website to find out where to send them and they only have an e-mail address. So I sent an e-mail and included the pictures. Received an e-mail the next morning that states that since the package was open I could not get a refund....WHAT and besides the site clearly states the sizes it will fit....Yeah, and?
Sent off another e-mail saying that their return policy states that I can get a refund ...because they weren't used and they are not sized as stated. Waiting on that reply but have no hopes of getting a refund. And still have no address unless I can find someone that can translate the label.
