About Moolah App

The Moolah App, found online at, is a new mobile application which promises to give people a way to find and collect any store refunds which may be owed to you due to price drop policies.

How Does It Work?

Some shoppers may be familiar with store policies which offer price adjustment. Often these policies say that a customer who has purchased a certain product which has since gone on sale within a specific time period from that customer’s date of purchase, then that customer is eligible for a refund of the price difference.

This means that if you purchase a product for $20 which then goes on sale for $10 within the next week, you would be eligible for a refund of $10. The Moolah App says that they will get that money for you.

To do that, they ask that customers give them access to whichever email account they use where stores will email their receipts. Once you have connected your Moolah App account with your email account, it will scan your receipts regularly and make requests for refunds on your behalf whenever a price adjustment policy is applicable.

Currently Moolah App will only be able to provide this service for you when it comes to stores that they have already partnered with. These stores include Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Patagonia, Sephora, Babies R Us, CostCo, Macy's, Nordstrom, and more.

Mobile Options

Currently this website says that their mobile application is available for both Android and iOS platforms.

Cost/Price Plans

Currently this application is completely free to download, free to register, and free to use. However, whenever this application is able to successfully scan your receipts and secure a refund for you, they will take 20% of the money that is refunded back to you.

Refund Policy

Because this app is free to download and does not charge their members any fees unless they successfully retrieve refund money for their customers, there should not really be any reason for a customers to contact this mobile application regarding a refund. If you feel like a mistake was made regarding any of your payments, you will need to contact their Customer Service team.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by email at [email protected]

This mobile application is still so new that there does not appear to be any customer reviews available for this app at this time, but the concept of a web service or online app that searches your online purchases for opportunities for refunds is not new. There are many different options on the market, and since the Moolah App is free, customers may feel comfortable trying it for themselves.

Competitors and Alternatives?

Actually, this is not the only mobile application whose goal is to provide people with an effortless way to get money back. There are other alternatives, including Paribus and, who offer the same service to their mobile customers.

If you have experience with this company or their products, please leave your Moolah App reviews below.

Won’t work

November11, 2017

It told me to link my amazon account by entering my amazon email and password. Then tells me my information is incorrect. I use amazon almost daily. I know what my information is. I give up. Sounds like a great app if it actually worked.

October3, 2017

I signed up, connected my amazon account, and linked my credit card. I hit search for price drops/purchases and it asks me to link my amazon account! I already did, then it asks me to connect my card, I already did!! What else does it want from me? I can't search my purchases at all. I sent an email asking for help and still have gotten no reply, if I can't get it to work by tomorrow I will delete my account.

deactivating my account now for the same reason. Hoping it's not a scam!

I first experienced what other people did then noticed it said that card was already linked to something. So what? So I went ahead and linked my paypal card which wasn't linked to anything yet. It worked, but charged me a dollar from my activation. Hummm... thought this was free. Not too pleased and will most likely cancel.
