About is a company that promises "top quality basic apparel," which includes socks, underwear, and t-shirts, for both men and women, sold at affordable price points and delivered right to your door.

The website says that their goal is to give their customers an easier and less expensive way to buy these items, and that is why they are the designer, manufacturer, and retailer of their own product line.

How Does It Work?

You can purchase their items online the same way you do with any other retailer - look for the item you want in the color, pattern, and size that works for you, and purchase that item outright.

Or you can choose to be a part of their monthly subscription plan where you will be sent a select assortment of items every month and be charged for them automatically. Members will also get discounts of around 20% on items and free shipping - if there is a month where you are not interested in their shipments, you can choose to "Skip" that month, and you can always cancel at any time.

Cost/Price Plans

The prices of items depend on what you choose to purchase, from a single pair of socks between $10 and $12, to a ten pack of briefs for $160.00. All of their items come in single purchases or in packs of multiples, so really it's up to you how much you spend.

Refund Policy

Since sells "essential basics" they have a very limited but good Refund Policy. Customers who don't think MeUndies is "the most comfortable underwear they have ever worn" can request a refund and keep the underwear as well.

Customers who need to request an exchange can contact Customer Service within 14 days and request their new item free of charge while keeping the old item as well.

However both of these policies are only available to first time customers, the first they buy. After that you should know your size and whether or not you like the product enough to purchase it again.

Customer Service Contact Info

Their Customer Service team publishes both a phone number, (888) 552-6775, and an email address, [email protected], at which customers can reach them if they have any problems, complaints, or concerns they want addressed.

So far it seems as though MeUndies has a really positive online reputation, especially for the quality and comfort of their product, which is especially important considering the type of product it is.

There were some comments about sizing being slightly different than expected, so if this is something you are worried about, you may want to contact Customer Service, where a representative will help you figure out exactly what size should work best for you.

Is It Safe?

There does not seem to be any complaints regarding safety at this time.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many other monthly subscription apparel services available, though it seems as though MeUndies might currently be the only one available for items like underwear and socks.

Unable to cancel subscription
December 15, 2020

You subscribe for an annual gift. Annual = 1 year. Their scramming practice of continuing to charge your credit card after 1 year should be illegal. We contacted them to cancel the subscription (after being charged month after month after the year was up). They couldn't locate our account info, then said it must be on the gift recipient's account, which they also couldn't locate.

After many, many, many emails and calls, the company finally said they cancelled it. Of course they didn't, and we received another charge from them. This has not stopped. We now have to cancel our credit card to have this situation. Buy your underwear at a reputable company, not Meundies. Scam, don't buy!

Terrible customer service
February 6, 2018

I had a small problem with my order and it was a huge headache to fix. Double and triple check what you buy, because you won't care about the overpriced underwear by the time you are done dealing with the people they have in customer service.

Good stuff, but advertising false sales all the time
March 10, 2015
I really like their men's boxer briefs, but I constantly see ads for them with a price that is only for first time buyers, but this fact is not clearly spelled out. (The web site has a 3 second disappearing popup with the exclusion at the end of the text). This makes me waste time and is misleading. All they need to do is say 'Try it - first time $'.
