Don' Trust Them
having the worst customer service ever and no money back!
Laziest company ever!
I ordered several different pieces from them. A vest, neck & bow tie combo pack, a jacket, a pair of pants, and another vest & tie combo. After several weeks of NOT hearing from them I asked what was going on. Instead of responding to me they sent me a shipment. I opened the box and noticed that the one of the vest/tie combos was only a vest and the pants I ordered were NOT even the same color.
I emailed them again and heard NOTHING. I finally contacted the BBB and decided to let them handle it. Instead of replying to the BBB they contacted me and told me they didn't have anymore of the ties for the vest/tie combo and that they also didn't have the color of pants I ordered. I sent the email and my response to the BBB.
Why didn't they contact me and say they were out instead of taking my money and sending me incomplete/wrong items? Their response? Pay for the shipping to send us back ALL the items and we will reimburse you.
They never contacted the BBB and if you go to the BBB website you will see they have a history of NOT upholding to their 100% guarantee. This was a learning experience for me. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
Didn't get what I ordered and size was an issue,,,took suit to store and they supposedly ordered next size up...waited 4 day for suit to arrive...it was the same suit I had returned to store with "size tag" cut off...nuff said....
I ordered something from them over 3 weeks ago. The party I ordered the item for is in 2 days and I have no jacket. They said they shipped it out and fed ex had lost it. I contacted FedEx and they say they didn't have a case on it. I would never order from them and I strongly don't recommend this company for any reason.

My fiancé' ordered his suit for our upcoming wedding from this place. A week went by before I asked him about the suit and he realized that he had no heard from them. When he called they said they didn't have what he ordered.
So you weren't going to say anything to us? Against my wishes he ordered a different suit from them and was told that they would inform him if they could complete the order.
Instead, he received a tracking email. They must have had the order in stock right? When the order arrived we were stunned. Whose order is this? The suit was a different color and style! And why wasn't there an invoice or any other information in the package? Needless to say, we were very shocked and disappointed. We feel like we have dealt with a street hustler and have been shafted.
To make matters worse the representative asked him to keep it for $50 less. Why would we do that if the suit is for a wedding, not for random wear? We need the color we asked for. Besides, why would they have trouble sending a "black" suit? This is a standard color, get with the program please.
Since then he has not had any response to his emails. They have tarnished our wedding experience with their lack of attention to detail and unprofessionalism.
