According to their website, Meijer Grocery has partnered with the delivery company Shipt to provide their customers with an easy and convenient way to have their groceries delivered directly to their door.
To begin with, customers will download the Shipt app to their smartphone or tablet and then use this app to place your grocery delivery order. Their website says that depending on availability, groceries can be delivered to your door in as soon as one hour after you have submitted your order.
The groceries that you order will be the same groceries that you purchase directly from Meijer yourself, and their website says that every item available at Meijer will be available through the Shipt app service.
This service is not currently available nationwide; customers can go to the Meijer Grocery Delivery website and input their zip code to see if they service is available in their residential area.
The mobile app for this service is free to download and free to use, and customers who choose to sign up for this service will pay $99 per year or $14 per month if they choose to pay for month-to-month service.
Their website says that customers will be given unlimited free delivery as long as your grocery orders total more than $35. Their website says that customers who choose to have their groceries Shipt delivered to them will only pay an average of $5 on an order that totals $35.
In addition, their website says that they are currently running a promotional offer where first time customers will be able to get $25 off their first order.
Unfortunately the Meijer Grocery Delivery service does not provide their customers with a detailed and published Refund Policy. It seems as though the provider of your refund will be based on the issue you have had; Shipt may be responsible if damage was done to your items based on poor delivery, while customers will need to contact Meijer if you believe there is a problem with the quality of the groceries themselves.

This is a confusing mess plus I was way over charged approx. $85.00 Your sales receipt isn't a sales receipt at all. Individual items were way more expensive than in the store and a lot of items I was charged for I did not receive. Several items that were out of stock they are suppose to contact me and ask if I want a substitution, which was not done. They just didn't bring the items.. My order totaled somewhere around $241. I was charged $312.83.
Stay away from this service, they have no idea what they are doing, or perhaps they do??
