Magnus Innovation promises their customers high quality LED products for nighttime or inclement weather cycling. At this time, Magnus Innovation has four items available for sale: Bike Tail Lights, Bike Light Combination, LED Headlamp, and a second set of Bike Light Combination.   

Their website says that they work hard to provide the best quality products, and the way they do this is by listening carefully to their customer feedback and re-designing their products in a way that truly meets the needs of their most important team members – the people who buy and rely on their products. 

Cost/Price Plans

Depending on which product you choose to order, the prices will range between an estimated $35.00 and $115.00, as long as you purchase directly from this website. Magnus Innovation products are also available through a select few other third party retailers, like, through which you may find slightly different pricing. 

However, if you do choose to order your products directly from the Magnus Innovation website, you will receive free shipping, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Refund Policy

This website does provide a Refund Policy for their customers, saying that people who are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return them for a full refund, as long as the products are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. 

In addition, their website says that they believe their customers should have “the best possible online shopping experience,” which means that they should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.

I love my lights

Purchased the bike light and two back light combo several years ago, directly from Magnus in person (they were at a bike event I was attending.) They all still work great I love that they're rechargeable

Company does not honor their lifetime warranty

Their rear bicycle light worked great for 2 years. Then the usb connector fell out. I tried contacting them for a replacement. Their phone # does not work. The website appears to have disappeared. I wonder if they are still in business. I cannot contact them to honor their lifetime warranty.

I started by buying vision1 through Amazon, after a couple years I felt it's battery was beginning to fail so I contacted the company, They sent me a Vision2 at no cost, I dropped it broke the hand cord, when I contacted them and asked for another cord they where all set to send me a COMPLETE new set 'till I said all I want is a cord.
I have now purchased both the s100 tail light and the s100 headlight knowing that whatever happens the company WILL stand behind their guarantee

I bought lights and a cycling torch from them. in 2016
Torch has stopped working and had used it like 5 times.
Back lights (3 in total) 1 fell off. I have 2 remaining and few months ago their straps broke, they sent me new strap and a light as one light was about to go.
Since then I have contacted them for my torch/front light no response!

Plenty of problems and no support

I purchased 2 front bike lights with 4 rear lights. They only sent the front lights and one of them doesn't charge. I tried to contact them via email but they don't reply. It's like they don't exist. Bunch of ripoff merchants selling dodgy gear as far as I can tell.
