Their website says that customers are welcome to return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date and you will be refunded the purchase price to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, returns made after 30 days of the delivery date that is associated with your order tracking number will no longer be eligible to return.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
Ordered a jumpsuit and a two piece set and never received it!! I ordered on May 2nd so it would be her for my bday in August so when the end of July came and my order still didn't come I knew they were never coming
I received a completely different item....
Did not realise that the clothing was actually coming from china, but okay. Secondly, I got the 'Sophia Tracksuit' which is a red tracksuit set that was supposed to have a black and white stripe detailing on the hood -- which is most of the reason as to why I bought it. The stripe is non existent. I don't understand why they would claim that they're selling the item shown in the picture but send a completely different item? The detailing on the bottom of the hoodie is different, and the tracksuit is a lot more lightweight than it appears to be in the displayed photo. I feel really ripped off that I'm not getting the item that is in the picture -- it's completely different and that's really disappointing, I was really looking forward to receiving it as I don't splurge on shopping all too much and it was a complete scam. So now I have to send it back. So TLDR: you're probably not going to get the item that you asked for. Absolutely horrible for that to happen, that should never happen -- this site it not ebay for crying out loud.
Same problem. I ordered a 2 piece set and a dress from them April 18th. it is July 8th and I haven't received anything. They do not respond to emails. I finally wrote them on Facebook around 3 weeks ago. At this point I just want a full refund. They've argued with me saying that they cannot do that once my order has been processed (which it hasn't) the website says "money back guarantee" and I brought that up. Now they claim that it is going to the "concerned department" for further assistance. I've literally never dealt with a company like this and I'm surprised they haven't been reported yet.

Lux Noire is a complete SCAM!!!!!! But have no fear you can get your money back!!! Over a month & still no reply & no product delivered!! I called my credit card company & “disputed the charge” (basically called & said the charge was fraudulent), the bank will report a claim. If the business doesn’t respond to the claim within 45 days or does respond but cannot show a good reason as to why it has been taking 31 days rather than 3-5 business days to ship, the dispute will be resolved in your favor & you will get your money credited back to you. So just call your bank, report all of Lux Noire social media as fraudulent so they get taken down & report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as anywhere else you see fit & that’s all you can really do! Get your money back & take just a few minutes out of your day to try & shut them down!!

I ordered from there over a month ago and have not received my item. The customer service is TERRIBLE I have emailed, Instagram DM'd and Facebook messaged about wanting my money back and have gotten no response. This is the worst company and the worst customer experience I've ever had. And on their Instagram (their most popular social media platform) they have the "commenting" option turned off so that all of the users who have ordered and realized their scam cannot comment to warn others off!!! They also don't have a review space on their website for the same reason!!! WORST company, report for spam on all social media that you can.
