Luxe Valet Reviews
About Luxe Valet
Luxe Valet, found online at Luxe.com, is a company available in certain metropolitan areas which promises to help people solve their parking dilemmas by giving them safe, protected, on demand parking.
How Does It Work?
It is no secret that large metropolitan areas all over the country have significant issues with the ability to just find parking spots when you need them, but also to find spots that are safe, protected, and affordable.
The goal of Luxe Valet is make sure that you have access to safe, protected parking whenever you need it. All you have to do is use their mobile app to tell them where you will be going, and when you arrive one of their experienced valets will be there to take your car from you and place it in one of their protected car lots.
When you are ready to leave, simply use their app to request the return of your car 15 minutes before you are ready to meet the valet, and they will deliver it to you anywhere in their service zone.
Their company offers a $5 million General Liability and $1 million Garage Keeper policy protecting you, others, and your vehicle, but they do request that you remove valuables from your car because they are not responsible for theft.
All valet drivers they hire must go through a “rigorous interview and training process,” including being able to prove that they have a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and a 50 State Department of Justice Sex Offender search.
Currently the Luxe Valet mobile application is available on both iOS and Android operating systems, with no word as of yet if they plan to expand to other operating platforms.
Though the website says that they charge an average hourly rate of $5 for this service, the reality is that their rates vary based on many different variables, including the city in which you are using their service, the cost of either metered or private parking costs in the given area, and whether or not something is taking place which has raised the demand for parking services.
Luxe Valet offers additional services as well, such as the ability to fuel and wash your car, keep your car in a protected lot overnight, or to bring your car to you and drive you home in the event you are unable to drive. Each of these services will cost you additional money, and their pricing is clearly printed on their website.
This service operates completely without cash, with all transactions taking place over their mobile application – including any optional tips - and the receipt being emailed to you once you’ve safely arrived home.
Outside of saying that they do provide their insurance companies which will cover any issues or problems which were encountered while your car was in their care, as long as they are reported within 24 hours of your car being returned, they do not offer information about a Refund Policy. Generally this simply means that all issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

While there are not very many reviews, if any, from people who are currently using this mobile application, there are some third party independent reviews from people, blogs, and publications around the web.
Most of these reviews are extremely excited about the approach this app is taking to help solve the serious annoyance of parking in big cities, though their available is still currently limited to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Boston, Austin, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.
