Luminis is a new anti-aging skincare product which is being advertised by an article which claims that using this product can “erase 10 to 15 years of wrinkles from your face” within just minutes of using it.
How Does It Work?
Luminis is being promoted by an advertorial, a website which has been made to look like a popular beauty blog, but is really just an advertisement created for the purposes of promoting this product to new customers.
This product says that it is able to be more effective than others, because it can deliver whole collagen molecules to the skin, and since it is “peptide rich,” it has the ability to effectively rebuild and rejuvenate the skin.
After using this product on a regular basis, the website says customers will experience many different important effects, including eliminating the look of dark circles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, enhancing skin hydration, and countering the effects of stress.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Though the website that advertises this product makes some claims about the ingredients included in Luminis, their own personal website makes no such attempt at explaining what ingredients they include.
This is a problem because it means that there is no way for prospective customers to evaluate this product for effectiveness before they purchase it, and there is no way to determine if this product has any ingredients that you may have known allergies, sensitivities, or known negative side effects to.
New customers can order this product by simply paying the price of Shipping and Handling, which the website quotes as being $4.94, in order to receive it for a trial period of 14 days.
Customers who choose not to cancel will be charged the full purchase price of $98.71 at the end of the trial period, and every 30 days thereafter when their new supply ships. Customers who do not wish to incur these recurring charges must contact their Customer Service team and cancel at least one day before the end of the trial period.
Because this company has their customers order their product on an initial trial basis, there isn’t really an opportunity for a refund. Instead, customers are instructed to contact their Customer Service team one full day before the end of the 14 day trail, which begins on the date on which you place your order. This is an important detail, because most customers believe that their trial begins the day they receive their product, which isn’t true. If it takes ten days for you product to be delivered, you only have four days in which to try before you must cancel it or pay the full purchase price.
If customers are unable to successfully cancel during this trial period, they will be charged the full price of the product and there is likely to be no way to receive a refund at that time, though you are welcome to try and speak to Customer Service about potentially getting one.

Customers should know that it is very common for unethical, “fly by night” skincare companies to advertise a product online by making outrageous promises and claims about their amazing results, then fail to provide any evidence or information to back up these claims, and instead try to trap people into problematic payment processes.
Forcing customers into a “trial period,” whether they want a trial or not, which automatically enrolls them into an autoship program where they will be charged nearly $100 every month until they cancel, and then using this forced trial as an excuse to not provide people with a refund when they request it is one of the clearest signs of one of these unethical companies.
This product is also using the exact same website for sales and promotion as other products currently on the market – same pictures, same claims, same “clinical studies,” just a different product name. Customers should do whatever they can to avoid these types of unethical skincare companies and instead purchase products from trusted retailers.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Thankfully there are many well documented ingredients that have been proven to help people slow down or improve the traditional signs of aging, and there are many products in your local drugstore that include these ingredients. These products won’t cost hundreds of dollars, and they are likely to be covered by a respectable and trustworthy Return Policy.

Do not buy from Luminis, you will never finish paying for it, as they will keep charging your card. Go to Amazon and get an airbrush system where you only have to pay once and you can get other brands that do a better job at half the price. I repete. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They got me for almost 200$ and say I still owe them more. Do not make the same mistake I did.
