Lumanelle is a new anti-aging skin care product sold at LumaRepair.com which says that it is clinically proven to help its users look up to five and a half years younger with just two months of use.
According to their website, Lumanelle is an advanced anti aging serum that reduces fine lines and wrinkles, conceals dark circles, hydrates your skin to leave it feeling silky smooth, and increases collagen production which allows your skin to repair itself.
Their face serum is able to provide their users with all of these benefits because it includes hyaluronic molecules, which they describe as sliding into wrinkles and smoothing them out, while hydrating the skin throughout the day.
Products with hyaluronic molecules are often recommended as part of a good anti-aging regime, by skin are specialists as well as by media personalities like Dr. Oz, though there is no one product that is specifically recommended.
And while there are other, more affordable skin care products on the market that also include hyaluronic molecules, Luma Repair says that their product is different because they use a special delivery system that is superior.
Their product uses a patented and clinically proven molecular technology that repairs your skin by providing it with collagen and other materials that send signals to your skin cells to repair themselves and shrink wrinkles over time.
Because of this, they say that in just two months, the average user of their product saw main wrinkle density decrease by 32.9%, wrinkle depth shrink by 19.9%, wrinkle volume decrease by 23.3%, and as a result the average user looks 3.8 to 5.5 years younger.

I was considering ordering this product but read the reviews just in time to stop me. I also found a page https://www.truthinadvertising.org/70-year-old-grandma-looks-40/
which indicates that the purported changes of a dry prune look like skin to a fresh one are a result of numerous cosmetic surgery procedures. That confirmed my gut feel that the clock cannot be turned that far back just by face creams.
The product seems OK however the company's auto-reorder and auto-shipping process means that the free trail will usually cost a new user almost $200. Unless you spot the extra fine fine-print and physically call and opt out of the auto-order system (which you may not even know exists) your bill for $8 shipping will be followed by a $200 bill for the supposedly free product. Then 3 months later you will be billed again and more product will be sent, And so on. You also have to cancel the process for each individual product - separate phone calls.
I got mine paid by my visa I only agreed to pay for the postage.
Visa at bank can stop payment if you used visa. But then you need a to get a new card issued.
I was just about to make a terrible mistake by ordering the luminance anti aging serum but something just told me to check customer reviews and what a nightmare people have gone through with them charging for products after people tried to cancel!!I'm sooo thankful to escape their clutches.everyone should read reviews before giving your financial information to dishonest businesses.in any case I thought that it was too good to be true too that's why I checked the reviews.thanx again people who wrote reviews, through your suffering you may have very well saved a lot of potentially future victims like me.sorry for the head ache.
Lumanelle Repair and Lumanelle Hydrate FREE TRIAL is a scam to get your bank details and scam you for the full price of the products. I saw the advert on FACEBOOK. sounded great way to try a new product. Just pay for the postage...or so you thought.
I CANCELLED WITHIN THE ALLOTED TIMESCALE..I RETURNED THE PRODUCTS (1 OF THE SAMPLES SENT WAS FAULTY EVEN-DIDNT PUMP OUT) - STILL I WAS CHARGED £89.99 FOR ONE AND £79.99 FOR THE OTHER.
I have emailed, sending proof of cancellation and proof of return slips etc but i have not had a refund or any replies to my complaints..on their website or to my personal email address.
HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK
I too am being charged $89.95 for a free bottle that was only to be a shipping charge. Dont order this product. You cant make anyone at customer service understand you, they just repeat that you did not cancel within the 14 days so you are charged full price. Oh and the product does not work at all.
IF YOU ORDER THE $4.95 SAMPLE FOR TWO WEEK SUPPLY,THE PRODUCT WILL COME EVERY MONTH AND THE NEW CHARGE WILL BE $89.95.....IT IS A SCAM.IT DOES NOT WORK.MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY MADE A 3 WAY CALL TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER(1-800-622-3073)AND FORCED THEIR REP TO SAY ON TAPE "THE ORDER HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY CANCELLED.I GOT A 50% REFUND ON TWO 89.95 CHARGES ,AND I AM DISPUTING THE REMAINDER OF CHARGER.PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS .THE USELESS PRODUCT WILL COME FOREVER IF YOU DO.....LET THE WISE TAKE THIS WARNING.
I sent away for my free sample of Lumanell. Just received my second bottle for $89.85 + mailing and found I own them another $89.95 for the second bottle. The first bottle came with no information about returns of owning $89.85 if not returned in 14 days. But the second bottle did. I called this morning trying to stop the madness, but no luck. You see the have a no return policy so of course you can't get your money back. DO NOT get caught in ugly scam.
