Beware: Your Word Against Theirs When It Comes To Cancelling
I used their site for an LOI template, I hit end trial -- and guess what? After 4 months I didn't realize that I was still getting charged $35 a month for something I never used after that (cause why would they tell you that up front).
When I reached out to Customer Service, the woman told me no to a refund for the first three months, but would refund me for the charge that just went through.
So yeah, they charged me $105 for a TEMPLATE. I said I hit end free trial, but they deny seeing it on their end. No help or honesty at all. Very annoyed with this site, don't use it -- and yes, I should have checked the reviews on the Internet first!
