How Does It Work?
According to their website, this company promises their users can find any legal forms they will need within the categories of Estate Planning, Real Estate, Financial, Business, Family, and Other, which can include legal documents for citizenship, affidavits, and much more.
It is important to note that this company is not a law form, nor are they a legal company. Instead, they are a company whose goal is to meet all your needs for legal forms, and to help you complete them in an easy and accurate manner.
Since this company provides so many different offerings in every state, there is no one price for their service.
Though this company emphasizes that all their customers can sign up for a free account, there will still be costs associated with any services you request for completing your legal forms quickly and accurately.
LawDepot does have a variety of Guarantee Policies that are intended to protect and help their customers whose forms have been filled out inaccurately or with other mistakes that have caused problems with your filing.
Customers should look to their Terms and Conditions for specific details regarding these policies.

Beware: Your Word Against Theirs When It Comes To Cancelling
I used their site for an LOI template, I hit end trial -- and guess what? After 4 months I didn't realize that I was still getting charged $35 a month for something I never used after that (cause why would they tell you that up front).
When I reached out to Customer Service, the woman told me no to a refund for the first three months, but would refund me for the charge that just went through.
So yeah, they charged me $105 for a TEMPLATE. I said I hit end free trial, but they deny seeing it on their end. No help or honesty at all. Very annoyed with this site, don't use it -- and yes, I should have checked the reviews on the Internet first!
