About La Creme Skin Care

The new anti wrinkle cream from La Creme Skin Care claims that it is "better than Botox" and can help users look ten years younger in less than four weeks of regular use.

According to their website, a survey of regular users of their product shows that 83% saw a decrease in wrinkles and fine lines, 92% saw an increase in collagen production, and 65% saw a decrease in the appearance of dark circles.

How Does It Work?

Their anti wrinkle cream is used like any other day and night moisturizer; you simply apply it to your face and neck area after you finish cleansing in both the morning and evening.

The ingredients in the cream are described as having the ability to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, promote collagen production, add skin firmness, and replenish vitamins and antioxidants.

Cost/Price Plans

First time customers can order the product for only $4.95 Shipping and Handling initially and then try it for 14 days to see if it works for them. Customers who are happy with the product should do nothing and at the end of 14 days they will be charged the full purchase price of $87.63.

The shipments and charges will continue every 30 days until you choose to cancel your membership.

Ingredients and Side Effects

Unfortunately, La Creme Skin Care does not list any of their products ingredients - other than mentioning they have "active peptides" - nor does it address the presence or absence of side effects.

Refund Policy

Since they offer a 14 day trial during which time you can cancel and return your order without incurring any more charges, they do not offer any other refund policies. You can of course cancel your membership whenever you choose, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers with questions can contact them by phone at 855-464-4015, by email at [email protected], and by traditional mail at 8895 Towne Centre Drive #105-553, San Diego, CA 92122.

Reputation

Unfortunately there are not many reviews of La Creme Skin Care or their anti wrinkle cream available at this time.

Is It Safe?

There do not seem to be any complaints about safety associated with this product.

Anti aging skin care is one of the most competitive industries on and offline with companies like Bella Labs, Skinception, LifeCell, Equinox DNA, and more.

Billing Scam

November18, 2016

LA creme is a scam, it appears impossible cancel. I have made 3 attempts, their scam is well developed and confusing by design. The second time I was charged for the cream and called and complained they tried to say I only cancelled previously "for one product only” WRONG. That is the scam. They maintain that the new products they keep charging for with similar names "were not cancelled". So after much back and forth and their attempt to negotiate again another settlement, I finally threatened to contact the BBB and make negative reviews online, then finally (after being put on hold) agreed to send a "full" refund for the second charge (we did not receive the product thank goodness).
However, not only did we not get the full refund of $97 dollars, (supposed to be 3-5) as agreed complete with confirmation #, one week after the second complaint and 2nd cancellation attempt, they deducted my account again for $98 and when we called they were nasty to my wife and said the "new" charge was not showing on her account and didn't know what she was talking about. .
So I called back, and they said they would resubmit the 2nd refund and gave me a new confirmation #, and again said we would get it in 3-5 day. But when asked about the 3rd charge the person acted like he did not know what I was talking about and tried using the confusion technique, I finally stated I was contacting the BBB and other websites to complain, he me put on hold for 10 minutes and when he returned said something vague about refunding, and hung up when I tried to get clarification.
For the record, we did get the first partial refund because they will probably make a big point about actually sending a refund, But I need 2 more refunds.!! I would never recommend anyone to get suckered into this scam business.

Total Scam

May11, 2015

This product, along with Bella Labs Facial Creme is a total scam. The company offers a free sample and sends a full size product enrolling you in a monthly delivery of the product for $87.00. On top of that, the product is terrible! It feels and smells like regular body lotion. They do not list any of the ingredients and do not have any proven research data that supports their claims for the cream. DO NOT get the "free trial" you will regret it!

ZERO STARS ISN'T POSSIBLE

January5, 2015

THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A SCAM!!! They claim to offer a 'free' trial but it's a trick to bamboozle you into opting into a reoccurring $87 subscription, and then when you catch on, their customer service peeps try to bully you into allowing the charge. BEWARE, their products don't work and their business practices are dishonest!

Scam with new name now. Beauty Labs and Perfect Age Skin Care

September30, 2014

They changed their names but do the same thing as mentioned by previous comments. They offer products for supposedly only $5.99 shipping per product and hide anything about billing you further then bill you monthly $87.63 per product. So that is $175.36 monthly for something you don't want and doesn't work. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

BE VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT ORDERING

September13, 2014

BE VERY VERY VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT PROVIDING THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, BECAUSE IT WILL CERTAINLY BE CHARGED AFTER YOU HAVE CANCELLED THE PRODUCT. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR PROCESS BEFORE ORDERING. HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WHAT MY WIFE COULD USE SO IT WAS RETURNED (THE SAMPLE AMOUNT THAT WAS UNUSED-which cost shipping) AND RECEIVED WITHIN THE 7 DAYS TRIAL AND A CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT & CANCELLATION WAS RECEIVED BY E-MAIL, HOWEVER CHARGES WERE STILL PLACED ON MY CREDIT CARD. FORTUNATELY WE HAVE OUTSTANDING CREDIT AND WHEN WE CALLED OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY-THEY IMMEDIATELY REMOVED THE CHARGE AND SAID IT WOULD BE PLACED IN DISPUTE AND WE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY WOULD BE BLOCKED. *LESSON LEARNED-I WILL NEVER-EVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH AN 800 NUMBER OR AN USA WELL KNOWN LONG STANDING COMPANY, AND YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT AS WELL.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEIR PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTE CRAP

September3, 2014

They send you a 14 day trial with a supposed 30 day supply and if you don't cancel BEFORE the 14 day trial, they bill you. It is not about selling you a great product, it is about ripping you off! That's ALL it's about. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS AND SHAME ON DR MEMMIT OZ FOR ENDORSING IT! I am also going to contact the BBB and the State Attorney General about it! By the way, not only am I unhappy about their business practices but it doesn't work anything like they said it would!

Trickery by La Creme and Bella Labs

August15, 2014

Don't do it. La Creme Skin Care has an Bella Labs call and tell you that you need both products to use in tandem. (2nd product never received) The second product is not received before the 14 day trial then La Crème bills the full amount as you are past the 14 day trial. Offered to send the unopened product back they refuse. BBB has numerous complaints and continue to refer to the contract! Do not try the 14 day trial. Trickery - if they have a good product they would not need to resort to this!

This is the same thing that happened to me. Very convenient that I did not receive Bella Labs till La Crème 14 day trial expired. I live in the same neighborhood of these Companies. I did not open any of the packages but Bella Labs sent the product to me at the wrong address. Delay tactics knowing customers will want to use the products together since they claim they work best if you use together.
Look at #J on the terms and conditions. I brought that up to them that it sounds like they will refund your money within the 30 days.
They told me to scroll down and look at #R in BOLD that they will not refund after the trial period.
If this product is what they claim, they would not have to trick people.

DO NOT ORDER- La Creme products -

August9, 2014

DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRIAL OFFER FROM LA CREME SKIN Care products
They scam you in on a 14 day trial offer and they lead you to believe you have 14 days to try or cancel and only pay shipping, so they can bill you later 86.00 dollars for the bottle of junk. On day 14 you can't cancel or return the item, because they say in fine print and at customer service:
NOW GET THIS, they go by your order date then will (subtract) the days it took them to get it delivered to you (in my case 5 days) and now I only have a 9 day trial period . Sorry sucker is about what i was told by Jay in customer service.
