Online Customer Reviews/Complaints

Consumers seem to be really happy with their krates. One person calculated the total cost of the products and it was $54.45 total which was much cheaper than $39.99 for the crate and shipping. It also depends on the cost of shipping for the individual products.

Another reviewer mentioned how difficult it is to find snacks with no maltitol and all of the keto krate snacks have zero maltitol. There seems to be a good variety in each krate including protein bars, savory snacks, sweet snacks, drinks, breakfast items, etc.

The general consensus is delight in getting so many different snacks that are challenging to find individually. Also it is a really nice way to sample new products monthly and avoid boredom with the same products.

In summary, reviewers seem to be really satisfied, happy with the cost and excited about the next krate.

Competitors and Alternatives

Keto Krate vs Keto Box
The Keto Box is a competitor found at

The Keto Box costs $40 per month and is also a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. It includes 7-10 keto snacks per month and shipping in the U.S. is free. It also includes coupons for the featured snacks.

The snacks provided in both boxes seem similar. Keto Krate includes 8 or more snacks while The Keto Box includes 7-10 so it is a gamble. Both provide coupons. The price is $.01 more for The Keto Box after shipping is added to Keto Krate.

Keto Krate vs Keto Delivered

Keto Delivered is a competitor with a slightly different offering, found at

Keto Delivered is also a monthly subscription for $39.99 per month with free shipping. Each monthly box contains 5-7 ketogenic food products. It includes cooking products (herbs, spices, condiments), beverage products (coffee tea), snacks, sweet alternatives and artisan keto goodies.
The boxes ship between the 20th and 25th of each month. It is the same price at Keto Krate however Keto Krate is more focused on snacks while Keto Delivered offers a greater range of products and specifically choses a greater selection. Keto Krate does not include cooking items in their Krate.
If you follow a more Paleo diet another subscription service to consider is the Graze Box.

Is Keto Krate Worth It?

Snacks are definitely an indulgence on any diet, and while they are not necessary to having success with Keto they can help ease you into the transition.  That being said, if you’re okay with the monthly cost of the boxes then this can be a fun way to try new Keto products.

If you are on a budget then you can take steps to shop for your own keto snacks.  With the growing popularity of the Keto/Paleo diets more and more stores carry healthier snack options.  This route will obviously take some more planning and researching items before heading to the store, but it can certainly be done.

If you don’t have access to health food stores in your area then KetoKrate may also be a good option since in addition to the snacks, they also offer you discount codes to shop for their recommended products online.
