If you had a no star option I would use that. First of all, the product. I ordered the hair regrowth serum and the shampoo and conditioner
which were very expensive and no better than any other of these products. As far as the regrowth serum, it made my hair all goopy and greasy looking, So I tried it for only a few weeks. The products are bad enough but when I returned it, I only received a refund for the hair serum, not the shampoo and conditioner. I ordered 3 of each to the tune of $340. No refund. When I called and emailed them about this they had no record of this purchase, which was a separate purchase from the regrowth serum. We contacted them several times, and even showing them the PayPal and credit card charge receipts, they still refused to give us a refund. All of this was done within the 90 day return period. They have the WORST customer service reps of any company that I've ever dealt with and I'm 70 years old. We finally found someone who said we would receive an email with the refund details in it. We'll see, but I am not holding my breath.
