I have used 1 bottle and can only use it at night but have noticed a difference. My son is starting to use it now since I got the 3 bottle order. It is very expensive though.

I do feel that it gives me more volume, but same with a previous review, it does seem to build up. I still find myself with some hair loss, but I am patient with continued use.

Hair treatment

{ like the shampoo very much. I have fine hair and it is always manageable, combs very nice and have not had any side effects.

on the treatment gel, it gets on everything, bed sheets and pillow case. I have to wash more often, I live alone. So for me that is a downer.

More volume without more oiliness

It seems to give my hair volume without weighing it down or making it oily. However I do find it builds up on the hair if I don't shampoo every other day.

It took closer to nine months before I got results. I used it twice a day as directed. My new hairs were verified by my hairdresser as she was watching during this process. She saw hair of an inch to an inch and a half all over my head at my last appointment, so the growth must have started sooner. It is hard to see “peach fuzz” on my head because of hair and scalp color. Also women’s hair loss is all over, not in a bald spot. I got discouraged as I used it as I wanted instant results. I stayed with it because it was a very effective volumizer for my long hair. I think is lessens DHT which probably caused my hair to come back. I am not being paid or getting freebies. I do not know anyone at this company.

It is not working for me

I am probably past the refund time limit of 180 days. Advertising was enticing, so I bought 3 bottles at the "savings?" price. Now I'm trying to pass them on on freecycle and nobody is interested.

I used the product religiously for at least 6 months and saw absolutely no results. I’m past the refund date and still have 3 bottles left. If someone would like to try it, their free. I’m only only going to trash them.

Better solution for thicker hair

I never buy a product without checking reviews first, from what I read above I give Juve Tress a one star. If you want a fuller volume look I suggest 'L'oreal Elvive Volume Filler thickening shampoo' It only cost a few dollars per bottle of 12.6 FLOZ and really works. I have been using it for years.

Hello, i been struggling with hair lost for sometime now, I found this product on the internet, the reviews at the web page were amazing so o desired to try, first I wasn’t sure how long to leave it on because it doesn’t say anywhere in the bottle so I called customer service where they couldn’t answer me either, they just keep telling me to go to the website that the info was there. They couldn’t answer me that simple question. Anyway, I desired to leave it over night, I woke up at like 4am with the biggest headache and a nose bleed. I got so scare that I couldn’t understand what it was. They only thing that I could think about was maybe is the product in my scalp! At 4am I’m washing my hair and trying to get rid of all the product. I had that headache the entire day at work was the most horrible experience I called customer service again and they were like if you don’t like it just rerun it. They didn’t really said much. But I didn’t return it because cost so much to return it I was going to throw it away. I didn’t use it for like a month and my friend said maybe you used it for too long, so I desisided to give it a second chance. I applied it .. and in less than 15 min I could feel the headache coming. I really don’t know what’s in this product that makes you have this strong headaches. Must not be good for us. This time around I throw the product in the garbage! I know some people like struggle with hair loss and this companies really don’t care about the wellbeing of their customers. I’m not buying no more products over the internet. Specially those that you don’t really hear about anywhere else. Rather stick to olive oil or some other natural oil that can help with hair loss. Please be careful with what you buy out there. Love you all. Be safe

I had the same results as the others. My hair was so dirty looking that I could't go to work. My daughter tried it with the same results. I returned it 3 weeks ago and have not received a refund yet.

I have been using this product (The Juvetress Revitalizing Hair Therapy) for about a month now. No results at all! Not even a little bit. All it does is make my hair all slimy. You cannot go out with this stuff in your hair, unless you wear a hat or scarf over it! I have only been applying it at night before bed since it makes my hair too gooey to go to work with it like that.

I will continue to use up the whole bottle to see what happens, but I don't have a lot of hope. I will most likely be returning the empty bottle for a refund.

Try round massaging castor oil on your scalp in rows, covering your scalp, every night, then shower and shampoo it off in the morning. You will get quite a bit of new hair growth but it will be super black and thick.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

If you had a no star option I would use that. First of all, the product. I ordered the hair regrowth serum and the shampoo and conditioner

which were very expensive and no better than any other of these products. As far as the regrowth serum, it made my hair all goopy and greasy looking, So I tried it for only a few weeks. The products are bad enough but when I returned it, I only received a refund for the hair serum, not the shampoo and conditioner. I ordered 3 of each to the tune of $340. No refund. When I called and emailed them about this they had no record of this purchase, which was a separate purchase from the regrowth serum. We contacted them several times, and even showing them the PayPal and credit card charge receipts, they still refused to give us a refund. All of this was done within the 90 day return period. They have the WORST customer service reps of any company that I've ever dealt with and I'm 70 years old. We finally found someone who said we would receive an email with the refund details in it. We'll see, but I am not holding my breath.

Definitely not going to try this product after reading these reviews and researching this product on line... I wouldn't mind trying it absolutely but if I had the kind of trouble returning your product like the 70 yr old woman had I would pull what hair I have left right out of my head...

Nadia you should not have to apologize for something that should be taken care of by your customer service or RMA dept. from 90 to 180 days of frustration.. no thank you !!!

Susan, you could also contact PayPal to get your money refunded. Especially since you sent back the product and have nothing to show for it. If PayPal doesn't help then I would contact the credit card it was applied to also. Some credit card companies are really helpful with things like this.

Wow. So glad I just found your review. I will be skipping this. I have to say I have used irestore's shampoo and LOVED it. I didn't expect much from it but did love it. Their serum did not make my hair gooey but I didn't use it regularly so I have nothing to report re: quality. I didn't care for the irestore helmet as I found a much better one (and more expensive too) via Capillus RX...not sure I would get that again but haven't used it long enough.

Thought I would try this product but after researching on line and reading these reviews I have totally changed my mind... if I don't like a product I want to be able to return it without having any problem at all and it sounds like your customer service dept or RMA dept has issue's. So on to the next. Nadia you see very nice but why should you have to apologize for something that should be taken care of as advertised.

As a Customer Service Manager most of my life I would not stand for having a 70 yr old woman go thru all the hoops she did just to get what was coming to her... I wish your Company well !!!

I have not used this product, but I would strongly recommend that all of the users who expressed dissatisfaction on this website for this product, write to the Better Business Bureau and tell them of their experience with this product and, more specifically, this company. I checked with the BBB regarding this company/product, and there are ZERO reviews thus far. So, please, if you have the time, file a complaint with the BBB if you feel the product is really bad, the customer service is really bad, etc. You'll be doing a good deed in saying, "Buyer Beware!" to new customers!
