Jukely Reviews

About Jukely

Jukely, found online at Jukely.com, is a brand new monthly subscription service which promises their customers the chance to meet and socialize with other local music fans as well as to attend unlimited monthly live concerts.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, Jukely says they analyze “music taste data across the social graph and magically matches different friends with upcoming concerts near them,” and their concert lists include everything from small local bands to large national acts and everything in between.

Currently the Jukely service is available in twelve different cities across the US, including Austin, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, and Washington, D.C. They are planning on adding more cities as they can, and no matter which city is your home city, your unlimited pass is good for any concert available from their partners in any of their cities.

Every day at 11 am their available show list will update with new shows that are happening in the next two days, and the shows are no longer available at 5 pm the day of the concert.

If you choose to take advantage of the pass, you must check in at your show in order to continue receiving your show passes. If you take a pass but no-show at the concert, you will not be able to get another concert pass for 48 hours.

Cost/Price Plans

Currently they offer two different monthly subscription plans. The first is priced at $25 per month for a single ticket membership, and the second is $45 per month for the membership package which includes tickets for you and a second guest.

No matter which package you choose, you are given the chance to try their service for yourself for the first seven days for free. At the end of your trial, you can continue on with the paid service or you can cancel your enrollment if you are unhappy with what you had received.

In addition, it is important to note that Jukely does not actually keep any of your credit card or payment information on file. Rather it is stored with Stripe.com, their secure payment processor.

Refund Policy

Since this is a monthly service, there is no Refund Policy. Instead customers are simply invited to cancel this service at any time they feel like it no longer works for them, as there are no long term contracts to deal with.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to speak to their Customer Service team about their questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them to the website through their Contact Us link.

Most reviews of this company are written by third party independent publications like TechCrunch or the LA Times, and most are pretty enthusiastic about the concept behind this service.

However, they do warn that this service is not yet providing access to the large, big name concerts that some people may want to attend, and is probably unlikely to do so in the future. Instead, they are working with concert promoters and venues to provide last minute tickets to new and mid-level bands whose shows are not sold out.

Competitors and Alternatives?

While there are many different music subscription services and many different social networking experiences focused on different hobbies and passions, there are not many services that offer people the ability to regularly attend live concerts on an unlimited monthly basis.

Stay away. They steal your $$$$

August4, 2016

I was offered a trial period and was disappointed with the lack of available shows to go to and the constant placement on waitlists in order to see shows. I tried to cancel my membership but was told there would be a $50 dollar cancellation fee, even though I was technically using a trial and was told I could cancel at any time. I continued to used the membership and even attended some Jukely events. These events are terrible as they charge you ridiculous amounts for food and drink, and the venue was sweltering and gross.

I cancelled my subscription finally and then they continued to charge my account months after I cancelled! These people steal from you and are not to be trusted.

Jukely is a scam. They make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription by not allowing you to cancel your subscription online (no link to cancel). They will NOT refund you your money whatsoever. There is no phone number for customer service and they do NOT respond to emails. They just want users to slip up so they can charge you $$. Stay away and tell your friends to avoid Jukely!!
