How Does It Work?
Like any other online retailer, customers are welcome to visit their website and search through their available inventory by category, including Men's Jewelry, Women's Jewelry, Engagement Rings, Loose Diamonds, Diamond Watches, Eternity Watches, Wedding Bands, Closeout Jewelry, Custom Jewelry, and more.
Their website says that they are proud of their large collection of round diamonds and princess cut diamonds set in a variety of golds, including 10K, 14K, and 18K, white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold, as well as sterling silver or Platinum.
Cost/Price Plans
Since this company carries and manufactures such a wide selection of jewelry, there is no real way to quote a set, static price range for the items they sell.
However, they do offer their customers a “Best Price Guarantee.”
This Guarantee is very detailed, and says that the product you find at a lower price than the ItsHot.com product must be the same make, model, and color, the item must currently be in stock at the other retailer, and the other retailer must be an established seller, as determined by ItsHot.com.
The Guarantee only applies to claims made within 10 days of your purchase date, and does not apply to auction, deal, or flash sale websites.
Refund Policy
ItsHot.com does provide customers with the ability to return their purchases within 30 calendar days for a full refund of the product price, without any restocking fees.
The 30 day time period is counted from the day the product shipped to the day it is physically received by their warehouse.
All merchandise must be in “new and unused” condition, which means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and all security/price tags are in place and not tampered with.
The item must not have been sized or altered in any way. Items with any indication that it has been used cannot be returned.
Before returning any item, you must contact Customer Service and receive an “RFI” number. All returns must be with the RFI number, via a traceable carrier, and insured for the full purchase price of the product.

There are certain reports online from customers claiming that the jewelry they ordered from this company was later appraised by independent jewelers as being “fake,” and then there are rebuttals to these reports provided by ItsHot.com claiming that these reports are likely being made by competitors.
The truth is that most reviews online regarding this company are positive, and the negative reviews which have been submitted seem to have been addressed by representatives of ItsHot.com.
Unfortunately it is also true that reviews – both positive and negative – can be manipulated.
That being said, according to comments made by representatives of ItsHot.com, if customers can actually prove that they are selling fake jewelry advertised as real, they would be guilty of fraud and could easily be shut down.

Not good not bad
The code of the item that I bought is 420001 and the order code is F-784001-AH. The ring that I received is different from the one that is shown in the video of the item at itshot.com. in the video you can see that the center of the ring is higher than the center of the ring that I got.
The diamonds are smaller too. In the pictures on the website the prongs on the small diamonds are white gold even though the ring is yellow gold, but in my ring that is yellow gold, the prongs on the small diamonds are yellow gold not white gold. One of the diamonds is not well set. It is set not straight. One of its edges is higher than others and it will scratch your finger if you move your finger on this diamond, it also stuck on my clothes when I move my hand. This bothers me and let you think that this diamond will fall off after some time.
The guy that helped me with the order, Arthur Bennett, promised me that I will receive a SI diamond ring but my appraisal says that my ring has SI-I clarity diamonds. I told him that it was very important to me to receive SI quality diamonds like he promised to me but this didn't happen. The ring that is shown in my appraisal is not the exact same ring that I received. It is same model but not the same ring.
This is why I will not give 5 stars Itshot.com but I will not give 1 star either because I like this ring a lot. It is thick. As far as I can tell the stones are real diamonds, they are shiny. No diamonds have fallen off until now, in the two months that I am wearing it.

Just received my first order with ItsHot.com. I ordered a custom diamond wedding band.
Excellent service. They were recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend them.
