HydraWhite, found online at HydraWhite.com, is an at home teeth whitening kit that claims to give its users the same quality results you can receive at the dentist, but at home and for a fraction of the cost.
According to the HydraWhite website, their kit is one of the fastest ways to whiten teeth outside of a dentist’s office because their product uses a 22% carbamide peroxide solution, the whitening solution dentists use, at a much higher concentration than what can be found in drugstore whiteners.
The HydraWhite system is composed of three parts with specific instructions you must follow for safety. The first part is their Formulated Teeth Whitening Gel, which they claim is a “zero sensitivity tooth whitening gel” that is both safe and effective.
The second part is their custom, full arch application trays, which they say are shaped to whiten more of your teeth than half arch trays, and the third part is their custom applicator, which keeps their teeth whitening solution air tight and effective for as long as possible.
If you are interested in trying the HydraWhite tooth whitening kit, you can order a one month supply for $129.99, a two months’ supply for $220.99, or you can enroll in their ForeverWhite Club, where you receive a one month supply for $78.41 a month plus shipping and handling, each month until you cancel the service.
Some websites affiliated with HydraWhite claim to offer a free trial of the HydraWhite system. Make sure to read the Terms and Conditions regarding the time frame of the free trial and the charges you’ll eventually incur if you do not cancel during the trial time frame.

I ordered the free sample which they said was for $1.30 handling charge. No mention of $76.00 product charge or ongoing shipments monthly. They say there is a return policy available, but it is time sensitive and complicated. I have followed all the requirements to the letter but have heard nothing online or by mail. We will see. Don't fall for the free sample scam, it will cost you.
I ordered a Hydrawhite and a Whitening Fast (same company) trial on the 25th February. I was lead to believe I would be charged a total of £1.68 each. On checking my account on the 2nd March there were four separate debits to the company, £2.58 twice, and £0.05 twice. I let it go, because it still wasn’t a huge amount. I cancelled the subscriptions online that day, as I had intended to do anyway, as it said you can cancel within 14 days and you won’t be charged for any more products or be sent any more.
I didn’t worry about it, but on getting a statement on the 7th March I had been billed another four charges, this time £6.27 twice and £0.12 twice. Altogether I have paid £19.72. I did receive the samples, but due to no visible expiry date and the suspicions raised due to the overcharges I decided not to use the product. For all I know the ingredients could be anti-freeze and they may have had these samples in storage for years. So, I technically got nothing for my money.
I live in England so it was impractical to call the company in Vegas or send the products back, as it would only be at further cost to me.
I put it down to experience. I have now changed my account to stop them taking any more money in the future. Definitely a scam and I wouldn’t trust the product itself for those who did receive it.
This company is a rip off do not try that $4.00 sample it will cost you $95.00 when they go in your account and withdraw. You call and these non-English speakers will tell you no refund and when you asked to speak to the manager they tell you there is no manager available and one will need to call you back, it will be the same person you originally talked too.
