Heat Hero Reviews
About Heat Hero
Are you tired of spending all winter shivering through the days and nights? Rather than forcing yourself to suffer, you might consider a product like the Heat Hero. This dynamic product can help you stay nice and cozy, without increasing your heating or energy bills.
Space heaters use significantly less energy than central heat, particularly if you only need one or two rooms to be heated. Therefore, you should consider Heat Hero or a similar alternative if you’re looking to reduce your heating bills this winter.
How Does Heat Hero Work?
Heat Hero is a company that offers a number of home heating solutions. Their goal is to offer effective heating products that don't charge you hundreds of dollars a month in expensive heating bills.
Heat Hero produces a portable space hero, the Heat Hero heating device, which is basically a space heater for any size room. It is portable, meaning you can move it around, but is exceptionally quiet. It is a ceramic, plug-in heater that utilizes your existing electrical set-up and is safe to use around pets and children. It uses wire to warm a series of ceramic plates, which then transfer heat to aluminum baffles. These then warm the room.
The Heat Hero heating device allows you to save money by plugging it in, in any room, to provide a supplemental source of heat. It’s extra quiet, so that you can run the heater while you are trying to sleep. Best yet, it allows you to heat your home for mere pennies a day - a huge savings when compared to other types of heat.
The Heat Hero is also safe, including safety features to protect against common problems like overheating or tipping over. You should always turn the heater off when you leave the home, and plug it directly into an outlet instead of an extension cord.
Cost of Heat Hero
Heat Hero costs $44.97, plus shipping and handling. However, if you’re interested in more than one unit and are willing to buy in bulk, the company offers substantial savings for bulk orders. Two Heat Heroes costs $85.97, a savings of about five percent, while five units costs $199.97, a savings of up to twenty percent.
The company accepts a number of payment options, including most major credit cards and PayPal. Normally, products take about seven to fourteen business days to arrive.
The customer service at Heat Hero is exceptional, with a full thirty-day satisfaction guarantee on all goods. The easiest way to get ahold of them is through their help email address at [email protected] Their office hours are from 9am to 5pm, with a central location out of Newport Beach, California. According to most customer reviews, they generally respond to emails in about one or two business days.
Competitors and Alternatives
Heat Hero offers a number of heating products, including the Fluffy Feet Warmer, the Heat Hero basic unit, a Heated Floor Mat, Touch Screen Gloves, a Heated Pet Pad, and an Ultimate Car Heated Seat. These offer Heat Hero solutions wherever you may be, or may be traveling.
If you’re not interested in Heat Hero’s products, there are multiple other ceramic heater alternatives on the market. Some of these come with booster kits to help your home warm up faster, while others offer more simplified use or additional safety or user-friendly features.
The Lasko Full Circle Space Heater is one such alternative. This product is a great option for heating up a living area quickly. It has a remote control for easy use, and has a tall, sleek design. This heater has multiple heat settings and can sweep, allowing you to provide up to 360 degrees of heating coverage. It produces next to no noise, but cannot be placed next to curtains or other combustible materials due to its tall height.
Another option is the Honeywell UberHeat ceramic heater, a good option for small spaces. With an adjustable thermostat and two different heat settings, it provides consistent heat in small settings. It has a sleek design that is comparable to that of the Lasko, and is not a clunky eyesore like the Heat Hero or similar devices.
Of course, if you’re looking for another type of supplemental heater, you don’t have to rely on electric or ceramic space heaters. There are also oil-filled and infrared heaters that can heat your home reliably, too, but with different features and disadvantages compared to ceramic heaters.
Where Can I Buy Heat Hero?
As of now, the only place you can purchase Heat Hero is directly from the manufacturer's website. With a number of packaging and purchasing options available, you’ll likely be satisfied with the customer service provided directly by this company, making a third-party vendor unnecessary.
Is Heat Hero Any Good?
So far, customers rave about Heat Hero, saying that it was the “best money...ever spent” and “perfect for heating [a] bedroom at night...no expensive electric bill anymore!”
Like any space heater, this is a good product to consider if you are interested in warming up an average-sized room. The heater’s fans help distribute heat more quickly, and are big enough to make sure you are warm no matter where you are in the room.
It can take some time for the Heat Hero to warm up, but once it’s up and running, it will stay warmer longer (provided that the room you are heating is well-insulated). The best reason to buy the Heat Hero is that it is quiet - all you will hear is (maybe) the noise of the fan while it is operating.
Consider the Heat Hero if you’re interested in heating a small area of your home, but without having to listen to a noisy heater or shell out tons of money in heating bills.

weak, lousy , run run away. ripoff junk
Ordered it early in Nov. Just received it today. Seems to be working well to heat a very chilly hallway.
A Month ago I ordered these 4 units. Today I received 3 units. I Plug them in to try them, they are not very quiet and did not heat up at all? I go over the directions again and notice that they are for 200 to 240 volts yet have two prong plugs for 115 to 120 plug ins? I Believe I was Ripped off for $163.00.
WARNING ! ! !
Same as everyone else......ordered and received nothing but promises and excuses. Do not deal with this company.
They take your money but do not send you your product....avoid at all costs
I ordered two units two months ago. They were supposed to be delivered within 8 - 15 days. I have written emails to the company four times with no response. I have demanded a refund. No response. I contacted PayPal which was the service I used for payment. They have contacted the seller twice. No response. SCAM Don't send them your Money.
I bought 4 over a month ago. Tracking number is some free cruise B's. Unable to reach any one by e mail ! Sent three text messages and even thretend to call BBB sine there add uses there name as being a member. Still no response. I'm 70 yrs old and on a fixed income..what an supposed to do now ?
I ordered 2 on November 10 and my credit card was immediately charged, however I used PayPal to do it. When I emailed them to cancel the order on November 12 I was told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped. HUGE LIE!!! When I finally got a tracking number, I could plainly see that the order was shipped November 23, 11 days after I attempted to cancel it.
The company told me that it takes between 8 and 15 business days to get the order. Today is DAY 19 and tracking shows that the order is still sitting in a facility in China and has not moved since November 27.
Now the company is saying that customers are telling them that it takes 22 days for the order to arrive. If my order is sitting in China on DAY 19 it will likely not be here by Day 22.
Dealing with Heat Hero is like buying a lottery ticket: the odds of a successful outcome are about the same.
Maybe I will get the heaters, maybe not. Maybe the heaters will work, maybe not. In any case, I'm glad I used PayPal and have already started claims in their Resolution Center.
