About GX7 Golf Club
The GX7 Golf Club, found online at Go.GX7Golf.com, is a new type of golf club that promises to provide the high performance of a driver along with the accuracy of a fairway wood.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, the reality is that no amateur golfer thinks that they are the same caliber golfer as a professional, but yet all the equipment they use to golf has actually been designed with a professional in mind.
The truth is that professionals tend to swing faster and have a different approach to the ball than the average golfer, yet the average golfer is stuck using golf clubs that are intended to best suit a professional, and GX7 says that “it’s killing your game.”
They say that the problems that come from using a professional style golf club include: weak drives even when you barely miss the sweet spot, off-target balls into the trees or worse, ugly slices, pitiful pop-ups, wild variations, and even good swings that produce bad results for seemingly no reason whatsoever.
GX7 says that when you start using a club that is designed for you, you will be able to boost your driving distance, improve your accuracy, and turn even your worst missed hits into decent shots. The best part is that their website promises you won’t need to learn a new swing, because you swing the GX7 Golf Club just like a 7 iron in order to get the best results.
At this time, the GX7 Golf Club is not actually available for sale at any retail store. When it does become for sale through stores, it will retail for $299, but while it is still only available for sale through their website, it will retail for $199, with free shipping currently available.
When ordering your club, they will ask whether you are right or left-handed and what level of flex you prefer in your club shaft, so customers will want to have this information ready.
The GX7 website says that most golf club companies have the same Return Policy, which is that it can be returned as long as it was never used. Some golf shops may offer a 30 day Return Policy which allows people to hit the club and then return it for shop credit. But GX7 says that their policy is completely different.
Their website says that they are so confident that you will love their club that they welcome their customers to take advantage of a 60 Day, No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee allows their customers to try this club as much as they want for 60 days to see whether it really works for them.
They say that their policy simply says that “if it’s not the longest, straightest, easiest-to-hit, and most versatile club you’ve ever played” you will be able to get a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Unfortunately this club appears to be so new that there simply are not that many customer reviews available for it at this time, making it difficult for prospective customers to know whether or not this is the right product for them.
Another serious issue with this product is their lack of any published Terms and Conditions. Though their Refund Policy does seem very beneficial to their new customers, without a set of legal Terms and Conditions being available for customers it is difficult to really know if this policy works in reality the way it has been detailed on their website.
Concerned customers should just make sure to contact their Customer Service team and ask about all the details of this Return Policy before they make their purchase of this product official.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are actually many different golf clubs available on the market today which claim to use a new or different kind of design that provides more accurate swing or more accurate hit. Customers who are interested in finding alternatives to the GX7 Golf Club or other more traditional golf clubs will have a variety of options which may meet their needs.

The site is very difficult to navigate. I bought the GX7, but each time I hit "enter" it took me to another screen where it tried to sell me another club. I just "entered" my way through a lot of screens before I got a message that my purchase was complete and a confirmation email would be sent. A day or so later, I received an email showing I had purchased THREE GX7 clubs of varying loft. I have not been able to get a response from the company, so I'm on the hook for just under $600. I'm 72 and on a single-family fixed income. And I might add that I'm very pissed.
I emailed once and called twice in 2 weeks.
They said they emailed return instruction, but I never got it. I am going to ship it back to same address it was shipped and ask credit company to charge it back.
If you have to try one, try the new one, and they will ship it free and all you have to do is pay for return shipping. I demo'd a used club and they made me pay for shipping both ways. Might as well have tried the brand new one. What a messed up policy.
