Grace Lever Reviews
About Grace Lever
GraceLever.com is the online home of Grace Lever, an entrepreneur who says that her goal is to help other women who are starting or growing their own lifestyle business with the tools and support they need.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Grace Lever has created The Doing Academy which helps women follow the exact process she herself has used to create a profitable lifestyle business by following easy and simple lessons.
Her website states that The Doing Academy does not use any fluff or hype, but rather only focuses on “good old fashioned tried and tested marketing knowledge delivered via easy to follow simple training videos supported by PDF checklists and worksheets.”
Members will also have access to “office hours” where they will be able to ask questions to Grace and her team for two hours each week, as well as access to Doing Academy events in your city with other members. This allows like-minded female entrepreneurs to meet up regularly in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Customers who are unsure about whether this is the right organization for them can sign up to take part in their free seminar to receive more information about what is done and achieved with The Doing Academy. This company also offers specialty classes including their Workshop Project and their Identity Project, which will have pricing separate from The Doing Academy.
Membership to the Academy often begins with a $1 trial which lasts between 7 and 14 days, depending on when you sign up. Customers then have the opportunity to choose a month-to-month membership or annual membership. Prices are not publicly published because it appears they fluctuate with promotional offers and perhaps even due to number of open memberships available.
Their website is very clear that no refunds will be provided for yearly subscription purchases, and it also appears that no refunds will be given for month-to-month memberships, as they begin with a trial offer.
Customers who choose to purchase membership to their options, like the Identity Project, should know that they will be subject to different Refund Policies for those purchases, and often these are restrictive policies that require members to show proof of different actions before a refund will be approved. Customers will need to see the full details of these policies on their Terms & Conditions pages.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to their website through their Contact Us link.
While this company does not appear to have many customer reviews at this time, the few which are available appear to be positive and enthusiastic about their experiences with this company.
In addition, the Huffington Post wrote an article where they explained that Grace Lever was an Adelaide ambassador for the League of Extraordinary Women and a finalist in the 2015 Telstra Young Business Women’s Awards, so customers can feel confident that she has actually been recognized for her achievements in business.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other career coaching services and entrepreneurial support clubs that offer tools and resources to their members, so customers who are interested in alternatives to this company will have other options which may better meet their needs.

10 ‘Grace Lever’ Reviews
I am glad I read the reviews before deciding whether to jump in or not. At least whatever decision I make now, I am certain of what experience to expect. Thanks to the reviewers
Everything that Grace says will be delivered gets delivered. There is so much information within her course that there is little guesswork when you are done. You still have to be ambitious and hungry to do the rest of the work, but it is a real program with great information. Making the money back that you spend once you get your program up and running should be a relative breeze supposing you have something good to offer.
Please read this whole review as the last part is important.
I was interested in one of Grace's workshops where she advertised that you could pay $1 , give your credit card details and you would only be charged 24 hours after the workshop. If you were not satisfied, so the story went, you would not be charged. Silly me fell for this and gave me cc details and paid the $1. I then was directed to a page where i was told the only options for the live workshops were Tuesday 8am or Friday 8am. How many working women have 3.5 hours spare at this time on those days? So I emailed the email address that Grace's bots told me to email in order to cancel my order. I got a reply saying my order was cancelled. I want to point out that after this I never received any product relating to this order.
I soon found out that my cc had been charged anyhow. So I tried via email and Facebook PM to get any help for this. It was these attempts that showed me how automation can actually be hell.. it has put me right off the idea of automation. If anyone has any issue once they have paid then they are just dealt with mainly by bots. If anyone has anything bad to say about Grace's business it seems to me that these comments are edited out of FB threads. Facebook has little notes above the threads saying something along the lines of "only relevant comments are shown". I notice that my negative comments are deleted and only these over the top glowing " i love you so much" comments remain. It makes me wonder whether these commenters are each being paid a small fee as I know that there is a lot of people who make money from affliate type comments such as this. Perhaps this assumption is wrong.. but it makes me wonder.
So Grace.. if you even actually pay any individual real person attention to any aspect of your business other than the advertising and marketing vids.. I ask that you please refund my money ASAP as I don't take too kindly to being charged for a service I did not receive.
I absolutely love Grace and her team! She not only shares how to uplevel your coaching, consulting business to serve more people and make more money, she shows you how to do this "almost" effortlessly. Yes, it takes work, but she cuts the fluff out of her training so you can get right to what needs to be done. And, just when you aren't sure, just when you second guess yourself, she and her community support you with a "You Got This!" attitude. I've been coaching for 12 years and as soon as I find myself getting too "wrapped up" in the how-to of something, I go back to Grace. I go back to the success foundation. Simple yet powerful steps to help your business grow. If you are looking to start, expand or serve at a deeper level without spending grueling hours trying to figure it all out, she is your go-to girl. Thanks Grace for being fabulous YOU! I needed this type of help setting up a new business. It's concise and easy to understand, exactly what I was looking for. The price is good for what you get and best of all, Victoria in customer service helped me resolve an issue gracefully and swiftly. Turns out I had made a mistake, she handled it with such great customer service. I highly recommend this course and company.
My girlfriend signed up to the course a little while ago and like others who have left reviews here, soon realised they were in a payment, module sandwich trap. What really got my attention was the heated chats she was having with her customer service reps around module clarifications, and then eventually “how do I get out of this.” My gf is a really strong and smart woman and the CS reps tried to bully her back into the subscription line.
I hope Grace is changing some Women’s lives for the better, from what I can see from my position, something didn’t smell right about the whole experience she went through and the almost brute force it took to get the hell out of there.
Be careful! They overcharged me with a class that I declined. I was charged with 4.95 dollars plus 97 dollars (which I declined because it’s a everymonth payment!). It was supposed to be only 4 dollars but where is my class and my receipt?!! It’ Definitely a SCAM!!
I, as well almost got sucked in cos the identity project sounded amazing in the webinar and then I kept getting sent emails about other deals I can pay for which are all so expensive as well when you don't know if you can trust a person you've just seen online, however, I was still considering it until I realised the fact that the *live* webinar was NOT LIVE AT ALL. It was all automated and the other people commenting who she responded to were fake. Think about it?? Did she reply to any of your comments cos she didn't mine but I didn't think anything of it at the time but then when I restarted my computer and the tab reopened with the webinar the same comments came up in scheduled timing the same that they did when I watched the webinar in the first place. She may still have quality services to offer but the fact that the introductory webinars are not live loses their personal touch and has lost some of my faith and trust in investing my hard earned money for an expensive course that when you look more into it will require ongoing purchases if she may not actually be legitimately talking to us then either like she didn't in her webinars.
PS. The person who reviewed previously saying about how a person asked about payment plans and was refused.. that person was not even real and it was a RECORDED webinar!
