If you need to cancel or change an order, you must call their Customer Service phone line right away. Due to the quick shipping policies of GoJane.com, it is almost impossible to cancel or change an order, unless you contact them immediately.
If you have any complaints or issues with items you’ve ordered, the GoJane.com return policy says you may return unworn items within 30 days of receiving them, for any reasons of discontent, though Shipping & Handling is not refundable.

My order was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago and it's nowhere in site! Tracking said that it was delivered but I have yet to receive my items. I emailed them and they have not followed up, I've had to continuously reach out for "investigation" updates. I live in a quiet residential area, lined with cameras and nosy, but caring neighbors. When packages are left outside or dropped off to the wrong house, they are always brought to us by the neighbors. So it's not a neighborhood issue. I received a credit today.. I did not pay with a credit, so why would you issue me a credit? And what in the world would make them think that I would EVER in life order with them again after such a terrible experience? They also informed me that if I "report it to my bank, I'll be marked as fraudulent in their system." LMAO. If you're going to flag anything as fraud, it needs to be your own business. So basically, you're taking my money and basically blocking me from ordering. Lol. First and very last time doing business with this trash company
