I ordered a train set for my granddaughters birthday. The total was$19.97. I was approve for $350.00. I was asked to make a down payment of $9.97. Was pissed when I checked my account on Monday that they had charged me the whole amount. This company is a rip off. Don’t order from them.
I ordered from this company back in Aug2017. I had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with them. 1st they sent it to the wrong name (which was their fault) After more than a dozen phone calls to try to correct it they wouldn't change it unless I gave them my SS#. I didn't but that right there told me it was a scam deal. I paid for my purchase in FULL just to get rid of them. Now they send me a statement saying I owe a late few + fiance charges. I don't think so. Calling them to let them know I'm tired of their scam!
Dec 29th 2016 I order a wheel chair bag and pillow. I receive the wheelchair bag right away. But the wheelchair pillow was on back order for three different time 6 months later they call me inform me that it will not be deliver till June 17th 2017. So I try to cancel it. Call CS they gave me a really hard time stating that I could not cancel it; I would to wait till I receive it and return it. I explained that the person that it was ship to was no longer here so I would not have any way to get it or send it back she not there so it was finally cancel. So I called CS the next day to check in see did I owe a balance explained what had taken place this CSR was rude, crude to the fact the love one was no longer here and unprofessional interrupters’, she well very much not trained, do not value your customers at all. She hung up on me while I was talking asking to speak to supervisors , I call back ask to speak to supervisors she stated the she was the supervisors I explain to her what had taking place over the course of the today s she act as if she could really careless. I am beyond disappointed because I really been satisfy with all my products I have order from this company
People avoid this SCAM Company! i received a catalog from them which said i was approved for $250 credit, i tried to place an order and the lady on the phone told me everything was fine and i would receive my order on Friday which is Today! but all i did received was a leather that said i had to make a down payment for $125 dollars. I'll be suing this company for false advertisement, my credit score was 680 before i placed an order and today it went down to 650 because there is a Hard Inquiry on my CreditKarma rapport, stay away from this SCAM company!!! they haven't even shipped anything to me and already lowered my credit score...
My wife went to their website to make the minimum payment as she has for several months now. She made the same selections as usual, but instead of the usual screen asking for confirmation she got a screen stating something to the effect of congratulations! You've paid off your account. She called Ginny's customer service and spoke to an EXTREMELY rude woman who said there was nothing she could do and the over $700 charge to our debit card could not be corrected to the minimum payment. She claimed that it was our mistake and they would do nothing to help.
We have had to pay $30 to our bank to stop the charge, as it would leave us overdrawn.
Shady practices and terrible customer service.

Ginny's has great prices and we have LOVED everything we have received. I was able to build my credit for the first time, buy everyone unique Christmas gifts they all loved, and only pay 25$ a month! Ginny's offers people like me a chance to have what we want without breaking our pockets and we appreciate it so much! Everything comes fast for us and works like it should! Customer service has gotten back quickly (less than 12 hours) and I absolutely would pick Ginny's over any other site! Thank you Ginny!!!!
I ordered a sheet set and had to return it because it was thin, cheaply made and completely unacceptable, within 7 days of receiving it. Three months later they are sending me collection letters for "shipping and processing fees". I paid to ship it back and now they want to charge me a fee? And a "return processing" fee of 50% of the cost of my order? None of this was stated in their so-called return policy on their website. Now they are also charging a monthly "finance charge" for the item I returned! How can there be a finance charge when I have a zero balance since I returned the item and never ordered from them before? They have no direct email address on their website; they like to hide it but I found it on the Internet. They'd rather you call and get insulted by their rude, unprofessional employees. I will probably have to seek legal advice as well as report to my attorney general and the FTC. Do not order from them or their other companies!
