About Gather Meals

Gather Meals, found online at GatherMeals.com, is a new meal delivery service being offered by Ayesha Curry, wife of NBA star Steph Curry and social media celebrity.

How Does It Work?

As mentioned above, Ayesha Curry is the wife of famous NBA player Steph Curry, but has also spent the last few years creating for herself a huge social media following, initially through her Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.

Ayesha Curry is also fairly well-known for her love of food and cooking. She has a YouTube channel dedicated to her own personal cooking demonstrations, as well as a recently published cookbook. She has also made news for partnering with celebrity chef Michael Mina to open a pop-up restaurant in San Francisco.

Gather Meals, a weekly meal delivery service, will be her latest business move into the culinary world. Curry says that this service will be modeled after the meals that she makes for her own family, and seasonal fresh ingredients will be delivered to her customers each week, along with the corresponding recipes.

This company has not officially launched yet, and it is unclear whether or not it will be limited to the San Francisco area when it does launch, or whether they will invite members from other metropolitan areas as well. Customers who are interested in participating in this service are invited to submit their email address to their waiting list in order to get all new information on their service as soon as it is available.

Cost/Price Plans

As this company has not yet officially launched, they do not currently provide any information on what the price of this service will be. Most online resources quote the general price of meal delivery services as between $9 and $12 per meal, though it has been argued that these prices are for nationwide services that are longer established and therefore have more buying power than smaller start-ups.

Refund Policy

Since this company has not officially launched, they do not provide their visitors with a published set of legal Terms & Conditions at this time, and the website does not offer any other information about possible refunds or returns.

Generally speaking, however, these meal delivery companies do not provide refunds or returns unless you have received a delivery that is either damaged or defective in some way, and customers who experience this should know not to throw the food away unless it has been clearly documented in pictures, otherwise you likely won’t be able to receive your refund.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by email at [email protected] or by connecting with them through their social media accounts on sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Reputation

Because this company hasn’t officially launched yet, there are very few reviews available with any real information, and certainly there are not any customer reviews available yet. However, given the fame that Ayesha Curry already has and her huge social media following, it seems fairly clear that when this service does officially launch, there will be many people willing to try it out and offer their opinions online.

Competitors and Alternatives?

As mentioned above, meal delivery companies that offer healthy ingredients and recipes have recently become extremely popular, so customers who feel as though Gather Meals might not be their best fit should have a long list of alternatives if they wish to look elsewhere, including Blue Apron, Marley Spoon, Plated.com, Freshly.com, Freshology.com, Sprig.com, and many others, especially when you include the many different diet and weight loss companies that provide meal delivery services as well.
