I had always used Bay Photo for all my metallic prints. I tried Fracture for one and it was just not what I had experienced with Bay Photo.

Consequently, I order a print from Bay. OMG what a difference. With I could post a picture of the two of them side by side. And, I want you to know, I am a consumer. Fractures clarity and color is so poor.

Paid for 2nd day air shipping, been 3 days no delivery, UPS says hasn't shipped yet, Fracture has no listed phone #, they won't respond online to my inquiry. Pathetic way to do business.

Glass prints are not as good as metal prints and cost more. The paper backing and mount pulls through, allowing the photo to drop from the wall.

I got a fracture picture of my great great nephew for Christmas a few years ago and it is still like brand new!
