wore it twice, material started to pill badly.
after 2 weeks of prodding via email, they said
no returns accepted because it was used. Huh?

THE HELMET FIT THE HEAD FINE, BUT THE SHELL WAS HUGE. WE PLACED IT NEXT TO A FEW OTHER HELMETS OF THE SAME STYLE & SIZE AND THERE WAS A HUGE SIZE DIFFERENCE & LOOKED FUNNY. SO WE RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY UNUSED, TAGS & BOX BOTH PERFECT AND INTACT. JUST TO HAVE 68$ NOT REFUNDED AS A RESTOCKING FEE, WHEN WE CONTACTED SELLER OF HOW STEAP THAT WAS WE GOT A TO BAD ANSWER. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER

Ordered a helmet on 12/18 to ship to my daughter's home where we would be for the holidays. Put a note in the comments section that I didn't need it until 12/28, but if it wasn't guaranteed to get there by 12/28, to send it to my home address.
Order went through with confirmation #, but never heard from them via email for tracking, etc. Called 12/20 - no answer. Called 12/21 - no answer. 12/22 - got an email saying the order had been cancelled because the SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS DIDN'T MATCH - The email from Sandra said if I wanted the order to have gone through, I should have typed the same billing and shipping address, and then put the actual shipping address in the notes field!
All followed by a snarky comment that if I wanted something by Christmas I shouldn't order it on 12/18.
a) Who requires the shipping address in a comment box, without any note on the website that says that?
b) Where did it say that on the website that shipping and billing address had to be the same? (Nowhere)
c) Why have separate shipping and billing address fields if you don't accept separate addresses?
d) I specifically put in the notes field I didn't need it until 12/28 - snarky Sandra didn't even read the field she said I should use.
e) I put my home address in the comments field - if she didn't want to ship it to my daughter, why didn't she ship it to my home address, which I gave her as a second option??
f) Why make the order look like it went through, with a confirmation number, and no indication on the order, invoice, or email that it you decided not to accept it?
g) I received NO communication of any sort that the order did not go through and only found out by calling and emailing persistently. Wouldn't you want to let me know so you could fix my order and actually sell me something??
Epically bad - this is somebody with a day job doing this out of their basement, and very badly. Caveat emptor - buyer be VERY aware.
Ordered an item through this company, was originally going to be a gift but after waiting two weeks for item and never receiving had to realize that it wouldn't make it in time. Emailed the company about the missing product and they sent an email back from customer service saying it had been lost in transit. Okay not really there fault its the Christmas season and things happen. So they say they will mail it that day but don't offer any shipping confirmation or tracking information. waited another week and still nothing so I called and say customer service person who had emailed me said it would be there the next day. So it finally arrives and I open it and its a completely different product than what I ordered. So annoyed at this point but I call the company hoping to solve the problem. Again say customer service girl answers so I ask for a supervisor instead. She transfers me. The supervisor tells me she doesn't know what happened but she will give me a small discount back and send the right item and a shipping tag to return the wrong one. I'm thinking okay that's not to bad I might take it. Then she says that she cant guarantee that the item will come with all the advertised pieces lick the scope cover and large accessory pouch. Wait! What? They cant guarantee that the item I ordered will even come complete. What kind of crap is that. I took a refund and will absolutely not be using or recommending this company to anyone.
