About Flex-able Hose

The Flex-able Hose, found online at FlexableHose.com, is described as “an incredible expanding green hose” which is intended to fix the problems caused by storing and using traditional garden hoses.

Traditional garden hoses don’t expand or retract, so when you need a hose that can reach far distances you also have to be able to store a hose of that length, which can take up a large amount of room.

In addition, when you unspool these long traditional hoses from their storage areas and pull them across a yard, they can easily kink and tangle, stopping the water flow and requiring you to manually straighten and untangle the hose in order for it be effective again.

These problems have inspired the Flex-able Hose, as well as its competitor, the XHose. These hoses promise to expand when needed and to contract for easily, compact storage.

In addition, the hoses are constructed with a particular double wall construction which is specifically designed to bend, but never kink, a construction and design mean to solve the problems of traditional hoses.

The Flex-able Hose is available in four different sizes. The 25 foot hose contracts to 8’4” when stored, the 50 foot hose contracts to 16’7” when stored, the 75 foot hose contracts to 25’ when stored, and the 100 foot hose contracts to 30’4” when stored.

The prices for the Flex-able Hose begin at $19.95 for the 25 foot hose, and raises in price by $10.00 for each upgrade in length. There is also a Processing & Handling charge for each hose, beginning at $7.99.

If you decide to order one of their hoses, you will have an option to receive a second hose free of charge as long as you pay an additional P&H charge, and all hoses you order will come with a free 7 way spray nozzle.

The website says they offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you have any complaints about your purchase or are interested in a return or exchange, you must contact Customer Service by email or by phone number, at 973-287-5160.

Poor quality

August22, 2013

I really feel that the quality of the flexable hoses are not what they are advertised to be. I purchased 2 and within 4 months, they both were no good. One blew up at the very head of the the spray nozzle. The other one had a very fine hole where the water would sprout from. I was so disappointed.
