Tried to cash out 5 times they said the check was in the mail, never got my check very bad people.
I have spent hours and hours on the phone getting a different answer every day. I have been asked to provide information and I have done so. The link in the app was broken which applied the wrong credits to my account. After realizing this was going on I have contacted them on NUMEROUS occasions. I was given the run around on the payout structure being something that it wasn't. Then I was asked to provide all the names and emails of my referrals and then my account would be credited. Then the next day...which im on the phone with them right now. They are stating everything was paid out accordingly, without even reviewing anything. I am told I will get a "call back" every single day...never happens. It seems like they cannot own up to their own mistake and would rather blame their customer. I will gladly move on from this company as well as all of my referrals. STAY AWAY from Fanduel as they will never honor their own program.
FanDuel paid out on all Alabama futures wagers for the NCAA football national championship a month before the game was ever played...even before they won their playoff game against Oklahoma to make it to the finals....and then they lost! All those bets were paid out to people who picked the wrong champion. Then FanDuel gave refunds to Bears wagers against the Eagles because of a missed field goal (the double doink). While a tough beat that was still a natural ending to a game.
When the debacle at the NFC championship game occurred, and the officials missed a blatant pass interference and hit to the head penalty that would have gave the Saints first and goal and virtually ended the game, another sportsbook company handed out refunds to Saints wagers, claiming that the result was unfair due to a complete lack of enforcement of the rules by the officials.
When I contacted FanDuel to try to get a refund, they sent me back a prepared statement saying they cant refund a lost bet. Then they went on to brag about the payouts to Alabama and Bears incorrect wagers! Talk about adding insult to injury! Then I tried talking to someone on live chat and I got the same response word for word!
This company is completely unfair. They opened up a can of worms by paying out on wagers that did not earn it...now when something truly unbelievable and unfair happens, they turn the other way and ignore it. Stay away from FanDuel! Plenty of other sportsbook companies to choose from.
