Energix Charge Reviews
About Energix Charge
Our mobile phones are an essential item that helps us get through our daily life. There are apps designed to make our lives easier ensuring automated services such as banking, taxi services, and shopping.
However, there are complaints that modern mobile phones are becoming more disposable, with manufacturers reportedly deliberately slowing down performances of older models for consumers to upgrade to the latest ones.
This was initially claimed as a hoax, but reliable sources such as NBC, CNN, and even Apple have confirmed the allegations. The main areas that are targeted are the phone’s firmware and its battery life.
However, there may be a solution for battery and charging issues. There is a company which heavily claims that they can extend the life of a battery without doing a complete overhaul on the phone.
Energix Charge was created by a graduate student at MIT planning a stop to you prematurely upgrading your phone saving you hundreds of dollars, with a couple of components that incorporate to your current phone.
The wireless charging kit simply comes with an ultra-thin adapter that plugs into the charging port, a modern looking charging pad, and a car adapter that enables you to charge anywhere you go. It is compatible with most phones making it a universal kit to fit.
Each kit comes with its own wireless charger and a car adapter with each purchase of a wireless charging adapter. So if you buy 2 adapters at once, you will get 2 chargers as well.
How Does It Work?
Energix Charge uses a technology that wirelessly charge any smartphones using an adapter to the back of your phone and a wireless charging pad tuning your phone into a wireless charging device. Its charging adapter is designed to seamlessly turn any phone into a wireless charging device without any bulky additions.
It sits perfectly at the back allowing phone cases to cover it. It offers fast wireless charging keeping your phone at optimum charge levels all the time. By charging wirelessly, it claims to improve performance in areas like battery life, charging, and data streaming.
Cost and Price Plans
This technology seems to be from the future and commands several hundreds of dollars to buy especially with other major manufacturers like Samsung, who already has similar tech to this selling for over $150. However, Energix Charge have made it very affordable pricing one adapter for under $50.
Bulk orders for more than one charger make it cheaper with pricing starting at $49.99 for one wireless charger. The costs of buying more than one are:
- 2 wireless chargers for $92.99 ($46.50 per unit)
- 3 wireless chargers for $115.99 ($38.66 per unit)
- 4 wireless chargers for $147.99 ($37 per unit)
- 5 wireless chargers for $173.99 ($34.80 per unit)
You are also able to buy lifetime protection for a small fee to cover the product should it malfunction or break giving you that extra peace of mind.
If you have any queries or questions regarding the product, you can contact them on their customer service page on their website. There you will find an email address and phone along with their opening hours.
Unfortunately, the product is sold ‘as is’ and there is a no refund policy and Energix Charge will only accept an exchange. The returns expiration is within 30 days and will not accept any returns after that period.
If you are in Europe or (EEA), you have 14 days to apply for a full refund should the claim be within the Returns Policy.
Online reviews are always a minefield with so many fake reviews. However, this can be used as a guide on buying any products online.
There has been mixed reviews for this device with a complaint specifying that the product would not work for him and their customer service team could barely speak English. Energix would not accept the return and the customer has since opened a PayPal complaint.
Another case was a positive one, with the product exceeding their expectation especially at such a low price.
Competitors and Alternatives
The wireless charging technology is nothing new to the market. It has been around for several years but only solidifying its grip in the mobile industry only recently. This means that Energix Charge is no means alone in the business. Below are some of its competitors and alternatives who offer the same type of service.
The Anker PowerWave is a slightly cheaper alternative to Engergix Charge, at $45.99. It is compatible with most phones and has an anti-slip surface to prevent device slippages. It offers high-speed charge for every device it supports and has a case proof charging system so you won’t have to take your case off.
Belkin BOOSTUP Wireless Charger
Belkin’s version is similar priced to Energix’s wireless charger. It is optimized for iPhones making it the obvious choice if you own the Apple product. It won’t overheat phones making it a safe option.
It is also compatible with other manufacturers, delivering charging speed of up to 5W. The charging base has a sleek design making future proof in a modern home.
Spigen Wireless Charger
One of the cheapest competitors priced at $39.99 per purchase It offers fast charging for Android phones but only offers standard charging for iPhones. Its design is slightly on the rugged side with a clunkier charging base, however, it has most of the basic features a charging base should have.
Where to Buy?
You can buy an Energix Charge wireless charging kit from its official website. The website gives you offers on multiple purchases making it cheaper to buy in bulk whether to keep as a backup or to give someone else.
It has comprehensive methods of payments. The website supports multiple payment options with major credit and debit cards accepted, Discover Pay, and PayPal.
While the claims that Energix Charge improves overall phone performances is yet to be confirmed, there is no doubt that charging your phone wirelessly is much more convenient than charging with a cord.
When charging your phone is easier and more accessible then you would charge more often. Whether you believe that Energix Charge’s claim that it restores the phone’s speed is for real, charging your phone wirelessly is definitely a plus.

Wish I had seen these reviews when I placed the order. I made a mistake and ordered several units and was unable to delete the order. Numerous emails to customer service were never answered. Got PayPal to reimburse me for 2 of the orders, but that still left me with several “mistakes”. They all finally arrived (yeah, even the ones credited through PayPal) and they are worthless. What a rip off!! They all went in the trash. SCAM!!
Ordered 3 wireless phone chargers per the online deal. Poor Quality and cheap construction. Power cord was less than 2 feet making it inconvenient to charge. Has to be right next to the outlet. only received 1 of the wireless adaptors. Called about the other 2 but never received them. had them for a few weeks and all 3 got extremely hot and started melting while charging! ( COMPLETE FIRE HAZZARD!!!) Sent them back for a refund on my own dime because they will not pay for shipping even on their own defective product. After 3 months still waiting for my refund. Don't waste you time and money on this product.
Ordered this product as my iPhone 6s needs to be charged several times each day. This charger arrived without the adapter. I called and it was sent to me within a couple of weeks. I used this charger for a week and saw no difference at all in the battery - still needed to charge it just as before with the regular charger. Scam - don’t fall for it!!!
In October last year I ordered a total of 5 chargers for Christmas presents - at the time, if I bought 5 the deal was for the 6th one to be free. My account was debited very quickly! After many emails, I received 3 units in mid December. Although my original receipt stated 6 units, there were only 3 sent. The delivery details on the packaging confirmed this. Despite my many repeated emails since then, I have not had any response from the company. Would never buy anything from them again!
I ordered a wireless charger from this company on 12-3-20-2018. I received it 1 month later, which I did not consider to be very efficient on their end. When I received it, it was shipped with the incorrect charging receiver. I called the company and was told I ordered the incorrect receiver. I don't think that I did, but for the sake of argument, I'll say they're right. At that point I was told they would ship out the correct receiver. I waited one more month and it didn't come. I called again 3 to 4 weeks later and was told again they would ship it right out. One month later I called again and was told, sorry but the receiver is not available for your phone and that it's been too long to get a refund. Now I'm pretty sure that the first 2 times I called, there was no receiver available then either, but was lied to. Do NOT do business with this company!! I got scammed. Don't let it happen to you.
I bought one of these chargers and used it for (2) months while it worked okay and charged my iPhone. Now, instead of charging my iPhone, it drains the battery and does not work any more. I did not pay $60 for a charger that would only work for (2) months. I called customer service yesterday and they told me that they would not refund me nor would they ship me a new one. The worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE CHEAP CRAP AND FAIL TO WORK PROPERLY CONVENIENTLY AFTER THE 30 DAYS REFUND WINDOW IS UP.
I ordered five to get the deal
Now stuck with it
The never returned emails or phone call
Sent a dispute through PayPal two months ago
this company sells things that do not work and then when you call for help the stall and stall send the tell you its past the 30 day return policy. so you spent you money on things that don't work at all and they keep you money and you get nothing but she headache.
