Eat24, found online at Eat24Hours.com, is a service which promises to help users find and order from local delivery restaurants with the most amount of ease and convenience possible.
How Does It Work?
To get started, all you have to do is go to their website and enter the address to which you are hoping to get food delivered and they will bring up a network of delivery restaurants which will all deliver to your address.
To filter the list of restaurants you are given you can modify your search by type of food, by their distance from you, by customer ratings or reviews. From their site you can also look at all the restaurant delivery menus, read reviews of previous customers, find coupons or potential discounts.
It is complete free to use their service and to download their mobile applications, however many restaurants do have a minimum order amount required for delivery orders, as well as delivery charges. These prices will vary depending on the restaurant.
Eat24 does have free mobile applications available for the iPhone, Android, Kindle, iPad.
Eat24 does not offer a Refund Policy to their customers because they do not actually take any money from their users. If there is a problem with your service or your order, you must contact the restaurant from which you ordered directly.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to speak to their Customer Service team about their questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by telephone at 877-850-4024, by email at [email protected], or submitting them directly to their website.
Unfortunately there seems to be many negative complaints from users regarding problems with delivery either taking extremely long periods of time - which is not necessarily in the control of this website - or being cancelled completely with what they felt was insufficient notice from Eat24.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are other companies that offer access to delivered takeout food, not just restaurant websites themselves, but other network sites like GrubHub.com, or delivery services like Postmates.com.
If you have experience with this company or their products, please leave your Eat24 reviews below.

My food from the resturant I ordered food from sat there so long and called saying the would have to cancel my order because it had been sitting there for over an hour. But, before that I uses the 24/7 chat to see why was it taking so long. The chat was disconnected and had to reconnect to get some help. After waiting an additional 20 mins they refunded me my money. I've honestly tried to give them chance after chance and they're Service SUCKS. I will never use them again. I did find a new service called postmates they are reliable and a better choice for delivery.
I ordered a combination bbq dinner from JNJ Burger Shack and BBQ through eat24.com (not on Yelp but on website). The food was dry and old -- the meat was inedible and all eat24.com offered was a 20% pff code on my next order. HOW INSULTING! (I guess I'll find a can of tuna to eat tonight because all of the meat was too old and dry to eat). I advise everyone to stay away from this business. Customer Service rep Dante spoke to the restaurant and they apparently were unapologetic. What a crock! Unfortunately, I cannot write a review for eat24.com because Yelp is owned by them and when I search eat24, no results.
Ordered today online at Eat24Hours for a discount of $5 at a local restaurant and today which is Labor day assuming it was open since it allowed us to order and pay. Once getting to the restaurant, it was CLOSED. Came home and called the the customer support line and a rude representative accused me of cancelling and would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Asked to speak to her manager and Sable answered and was just as rude as the previous rep. I told her I will give a review and she says "Be my guest"... Unreal!!! There is absolutely no checks in their website to know whether the restaurant was even open today. Why take my order then... 0 Stars!!
I ordered food and drinks from Eat24 and the delivery was incomplete. I asked to have missing items delivered. They said they would and after contacting them 4 times over 6 hours, they never arrived. I asked for refund of delivery fee and service fees and since the third party would not refund them, Eat24 said there is nothing they can do. They need a new system. If we order through them, they should be able to rectify the situation. Dine on Demand is the third party delivery, so I would steer clear of them, as well. I paid service fees and deliver fees of $12 for services that were not fulfilled. They offered no discount on order. All they had to do was refund the fees and I would have been fine, even without the missing items and they wouldn't do it. Don't use them!!!
I wish I could give them negative stars!” - Waited an hour and a half and has ONE request which was to not ring the doorbell but please call or text upon arrival is it was midnight and we have small children....of course they rang the doorbell and woke the dog and kids up. Food was freezing cold, was told eat24 couldn't reach the restaurant but would in the morning. They didn't so when I followed up the next evening was told they could only refund 10% and offer a discount on my next 2 orders. STAY AWAY!

An email recently sent to [email protected]:
I have used your service several times but have always been annoyed by the informal and unprofessional nature of your emails and website. Last night it went over the top.
I was asked to follow a link to explore and comment upon your new logo. I hadn't really looked at your old one, but a coupon was promised. I was horrified to find a "hilarious" X-rated discussion about the new logo. Of course, customers made awful comments, but your staff egged them on and even posted things such as: ( | )=====D (and others) to further the mood. All the time making at least R-rated comments to keep things going. I logged in briefly just to tell them to tone it down. My comment was immediately removed.
I am angry and embarrassed. I pass my coupons on to my 13 year old daughter who lives within walking distance of a restaurant that participates. She uses my account and credit card info, but I'm sure she accesses the site from time to time. To find THIS? She is old enough to probably "get it", but I would rather she not see such things upon her father's recommendation. Nor would I allow her to use my card to go to a porn site either. I hope you get the point.
So if you insist upon the informality and unprofessional behavior, could you at least not hire 17 year old boys to handle your online chat? If this was intentional upon your company's part, I find it deplorable. And if not, you should discipline these people for they are the face of your company.
Note that the logo here isn't the new in-your-face one on their website (or your app). Coming soon
Also, check out this tidbit from their blog. I guess it's not wonder I haven't received a reply. Unless it's going to be like the following:
Why would anyone do business with these people. I feel dirty after just two orders
Ordered 2 meals last night through them from Garcias mexican Restaurant, which is a place we usually enjoy. After 1.5-2 hours the food came and was not good. Both people eating could not finish the food and got sick afterwards. A call to "the restaurant" informed us they had no orders at all that night that were even remotely similar to ours, and they dont do business with eat24. Eat24 was extremely rude and denied everything. We got a small portion of the money back.
Where does their food come from?
0/10 never again
