Dx.com is the online home of DealExtreme.com, an online shopping center that offers multiple different types of items, from electronics and gadgets to jewelry and other accessories.
Dx.com says they offer their users gadgets at attractive prices, and they ensure that each item is tested before it is every shipped to you, so that they know it’s in working order before you receive it.
If you find a lower price in another online shopping center, you can report it to Dx.com and they will review their pricing and see if they can’t match the lower price you’ve found.
Dx.com also offers a “Deal” section of their website, Dxoffers.com. If you have an existing account with Dx.com, you may register for their Deals site. This site has daily offers of items priced with an extra discount.
Each item has a required quantity of items which must be sold in a specific time limit in order for the Deal to go through. If that quantity isn’t sold in the proper time frame, the Deal will become void and you won’t receive your item.
If for some reason you would like to return an item to Dx.com, you must return the item in its original condition, unused and unopened, within 30 days of receiving it. Doing so will make you eligible for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.
If you need to return an item longer than 30 days after receiving it due to a defect in the product, you will need to go to the Dx.com site to find their specific return procedure, in order to ensure that you get your refund.

I ordered a no name tablet from them, it took forever to get, screen was broken and unit would not power on. Contacted customer service, finally got approval to send it back AT MY COST that they said they would refund. OK, so I sent it back, 3 days it arrived, took another 3 weeks to get my refund on the product and another month of complaining to get my shipping back, had to take pics and submit each both times.
Then 3 mos after all was refunded I get this: Dear User,
Your recent review "Locked and broken screen, see comments", which contains SKU 305580 has been unapproved by our staff.
The reason is Dear customer, did you contact our CS? They can help you to solve this.
SO they would not approve a negative accurate review, go figure.
I did go to Walmart and bought an RCA tablet for less money, same size and features. DO NOT do business with these people no matter the product or price. DO NOT trust the reviews as they are all screened and negative ones not allowed!
I ordered two headsets from DX. I had not clue they were out of the country and it would take two weeks to get my order.
When I got it, one was totally dead. The other randomly spikes the volume for no reason.

Think twice, thrice before buying anythink from dx.com. Displayed products are inferior and description is also inaccurate and products are also of cheapest quality.

It takes 3 days to process an order. Still, if you think that this time is enough for you to change anything in that order (like items), you are wrong. You can edit shipping details which is not bad, but since you have no idea what carrier they use (and they will not tell you), you have to ask them.
Ticketing: this is as close to "useless" as ice is to water on the North Pole. First of all, reviewing a ticket takes from 1 to 4 days. But it doesn't matter if that ticket is related to your order, it will be treated as it has nothing to do with it. I still have a ticket opened with "WaitForStaff" status, since 2 days
Live chat: the most incompetent client service I had the un-pleasure to deal with in my entire life. English? At a "y u worry we no sent u dont wory ok?" level only. Copy-paste is the main strength. If you make a solid case, the chat operative will close the session and you will not be able to open it again.
I would NOT recommend dx.com ever again, unless you know EXACTLY what you want to buy and you are willing to wait forever.

I only can agree with the many fellow victims to this scam. On May 22 I ordered a 7 Ports Powered USB Hub-678 and paid US$ 17.43 and never received the product. Their tracking system is a blunt insult and keeps saying: "Unable To Track"
I will now ask our lawyers to initiate a formal legal process.
